Digests fats
I have had problems digesting fats and have purchased these enzymes once a year for the past three years. After a week of taking them my digestion resolves itself. Id finish the tub and all will be good for the rest of the year.

Settled tummy
I bought as I was suffering from acid reflux. Started on omeprazole but didn't want to risk thr side effects. Read up that not producing enough stock acid can sometimes cause reflux. This really helped.

Not effect for me
I bought this supplement on 11 August. Almost two weeks have passed. But it has no effect on me. I take this pill with food, but even after this my stomach feels full, as if the food has not been digested.
