Very pleasant warm light
Easy to use. No flickering. My rechargeable AA batteries lasts a long time in it.

Awesome Lantern
Great LED reproduction of a classic design oil lamp. Bright and not mess or worries about an open flame.

Very sturdy
Works great, every well built, has some weight, so not great for backpacking. Excellent for camping.

Quality for life
What a beautiful little lantern. Metal and glass construction. Has a nice weight to it. Not cheap, but happy to pay more for a quality item that should last forever.

Great light!
Awesome light! Love that it is metal! Max light is a 8 1/2 hour run time! Like how the batteries go in!

Best LED lantern I have used
I am not a fan of battery-operated lanterns; I have a nice collection of Coleman gas lanterns ranging from the late 1930's up until 1982. I do own a few battery lanterns because they are good to give to young kids for tent lights and to keep in the back of a car for roadside emergencies. Bought this lantern for my wife's new car. and before it made it into the car we had a power outage, so I grabbed it. It gives off a good amount of bright light in all directions with a long run time. I do still prefer my old gas lanterns but if I buy another battery lantern for another car or for a kid to us as a tent night light it will be another 1900 collection lantern. I gave it 4 starts instead of 5 because it runs on batteries and not liquid gas.

Built strong
This light is bigger than you think, sturdy, and the low setting is plenty bright enough for camping.
