The product fits all but because of the stretchiness it doesnt actually shape you no matter the size im 5xl and bought xl its just a vest with ab template on it.0/10 would not prefer

Didn't realise it was such a long delivery time until the order was placed, but at least it arrived a week ahead of promised date and in time for my schedule.Pros:Very good price.Chose a Large size (for my 104cm chest and gut) and seem to be a good, snug fit, with only a slight struggle to get over my shoulders - don't get this if you have any shoulder injury. It's easier to take off.Feels comfortable, though is a bit 'prickly' on the skin; I think where the hair is :(Feels like good support / tightness with the feel of firmer body shape.Stays cool (a breathable material), even after a 1 hour walk.Hides nipples a little better that just a thin shirt, though not completely.Improved (flattened) the shape of the moobs a little.Waist went from about 104cm (41") to 102cm (40"), so some slight support.Cons:Chest remained the same at 104cm (41"), so no real change there ... must be more muscle there :D.The 'ribbing' on the abs section is visible through my shirt.The outline of the top section of the vest, is visible through my shirt, especially on my upper back and shoulders. I had hoped it would be more discreet.I can see my lats very dented by the tight vest, which looks odd through my shirt.
