This ink is not official HP ink.

This product is not compatible with HP printers. Firmware software detects that it is a non-HP product. Printer will not work with this cartridge.

These are NOT authentic HP cartridges. The photo is very deceptive. I kept them because my printer is old and out of warranty. So far they are performing ok, but I was very unhappy with the bait and switch tactic. Lesson learned, I’ll read product descriptions more carefully in the future.

Very disappointed. I realize I made an error thinking I had ordered actual HP printer ink, but this generic arrived with no covers over the ink exit ports, and the inside of the box stained from leaking ink. Will definitely be returning.

The is not genuine HP toner. My printer will only take genuine HP toner. So disgusted. Misleading pics on page.

This cartridge does not work with my printer despite stating that it does.
