An excellent piece of kit.
Excellent piece of kit. So many great features from flashing fans to brackets for SSD drives inside the case. so easy to connect up my SSD and HDD drives. very quiet, very fast boot up and great to look at (glass side panel really cool). excellent customer service too. one of the six case fans had a crack in it. replacement sorted straight away no problem. would highly recommend 👌

Great for the Price
I'm not a big one for writing Reviews, but I have to say this is a good gaming PC. It starts fast and is easy to set up. the 4GB gaming card will play many games without any problems, and when you have finished it closes down very quickly as well.

Cool and super fast PC
Great PC been meaning to upgrade for a while and it’s a significant jump in improvement from the last one. It’s much quieter and the 32GB RAM helps make this run extremely fast. There were only two issues when I got my one and they’re pretty minor: a broken power cable for the RGB power controller meaning the RGB strip lights and fans wouldn’t turn on until I got a replacement for the power controller, and a non-working front USB port, although the other one seems to work just fine. Bit disappointing since this was brand new but they’re pretty minor and I’ve got warrant anyway. Great recommend for a mid-range PC at a decent price with high RAM.

Does what it says on the tin!
My old PC was starting to struggle, making funny noises, overheating and generally feeling slower that I was comfortable with. The PC served me well as one I'd rescued from a client 12 years ago. Much like Triggers broom it had a new PSU, more RAM (mismatched of course!), an SSD and upgraded from i3 to i5 as well as adding an R7 250 GPU.Then a week ago my sister wanted to find a gaming PC for my nephew. This came up in my searches and at this price it was impossible for me to ignore for myself too. The PC arrived within around 48-72hrs of buying and was well packaged. Packaging was an outer box, with the inner box surrounded by air bags.Opening the inner box you'll find the PC with all the 'gubbins' inside the case. Simply undo the four screws for the glass plate and remove the internal packing foam and bags. The bag contains a brief instruction manual, C13 to UK mains power cable and WiFi antennas, as well as the RGB remote.Powering up for the 1st time you have to go through the obligatory Windows 11 setup experience which is a PITA, but not a fault of the product. If you don't have or want to use an MS account you can read online how to use local accounts instead.Upon booting I'd fully suggest doing all Windows updates and leaving it a while as I did encounter 1 BSOD before the correct driver was applied. Again, not a criticism of the product as this is somewhat expected.Using the PC for 1 day I can already tell it's better than the one I had previously. I fully appreciate the hardware is around 3 years out of date but to buy a modern PC for this price point is impossible, and it's more than adequate for my needs.Sound is very quiet - in fact it's now my server that's the noisy thing in the room so I'll be eyeing up a replacement for that in the near future.I'm slightly kicking myself as I didn't see there was a Ryzen 5600G option with more RAM and a bigger NVME drive for not much more cost, however I'm almost certainly going to replace the NVME for a larger one anyway, and the RAM isn't the fastest clock speed so will likely see an upgrade in the near future too. That's the thing with PCs unfortunately as you can always pay a little extra and go for something slightly better - the question is when to stop. In this case the cheaper 4600G is perfectly adequate for me and I'd rather save the £70 for targeted upgrades that fit my needs.Downsides, albeit these are very specific to me and likely not a problem for you:*SSD is quite small at 256GB and will quickly fill up. I'd recommend changing the default install location for all apps to the 1TB HDD. A larger SSD can be bought for not much cost so likely the 1st upgrade I'll be doing.*Windows 11 Home is fine for most folk, but my other machines all had Enterprise, Pro etc versions of the OS so I'd become accustomed to certain things like Hyper-V and being able to sign into the PC with my O365 business account. Not a major issue as VMware Workstation is available again, and I've just used a local account then signed into OneDrive with my business account anyway.Plus sides:*A very capable PC out of the box that can handle most older games (and being a 36yr old my go-to games are Counter Strike, GTA5, Battlefield 4 etc). Newer games would benefit from a dedicated GPU and there's adequate space for this (although I've not confirmed what outputs the PSU has to service a GPU to be honest)*There are several eSATA and power connectors for additional drives although I don't see any easy way of mounting more than the NVME and HDD*Motherboard BIOS appears to allow overclocking*Integrated graphics is working with my dual screen setup just fine. One monitor is DVI and the other is HDMI*No bloat on the OS. I remember the days of old where Dell etc would shove a load of junk on a new build

Fantastic PC!
Bought for my son's birthday, he's into gaming and so I researched for quite a while and got input and advice. Decided to take the plunge with this and I'm so glad I did! Really really impressed, firstly it's so fast, and so quiet, even with the numerous fans! It looks amazing with the LED's, and the tempered glass side is a lovely touch. Lots of USB slots, WiFi card already installed (so many I looked at required an ethernet cable but this pc was pretty much plug in, set up and off you go!) Most importantly my son is absolutely thrilled with it. Thank you so much for the quality pc, you can really tell that XUM is decent quality.

Really good pc, however power cable broke within days.
The pc itself was easy to setup and runs most mid range games with no problems. However the power cable has broken with little to no stress being put upon it so the quality of the cable is poor.

Worth it
Been using the pc for about 18 months now and do I regret buying a cheaper gaming PC, no, it works amazingly, it looks amazing, it’s easy to clean, really easy to set up and its really fast for the price! There are so many USB ports I’m seriously very happy with it
