Completely defective. No response. Replacement not possible because used 2 weeks after despatch. Cheating company.

I was a little disappointed because the product is too fragile and the shower might break if you're not careful with it. The hook looks like it was used and a little damaged, pics attached.First installation ended up in a disaster as it kept leaking from all sides. Next I dried it up, added a lot more of the Teflon tape, and fixed it again, all the leakage stopped.To all those complaining of leakage, pleade make sure you've both washers fitted, one on each end, and be generous in using the Teflon tape that comes with it. Watch a YouTube video to learn how to apply Teflon tape without messing it up. Be gentle, don't break the head.

Although product is ok but no PVC Holder provided with the Faucet

First of all, I was bit skeptical about ordering something about which I haven't heard earlier. All the fixtures are of Jaquar & Kohler but this was to be put in common bathroom so decided to opt for one thinking lets atleast try this out especially after Jaquar metal health faucet started leaking within few months.Coming to this product, it is exactly the same as shown, it's mostly of plastic but it's good quality. There is no leakage, be it the hose or the pipe. The provision of silicon tape included in it is welcome. The weight is certainly lighter than Jaquar or Hindware but then one can't compare metal with plastic. Its not been a month of using this that the jet is leaking water on standby. It became completely useless within 15 days of usage.

Doesn't even deserve a single star...plastic, plastic, cheap plastic..just chrome finished..the holder cracked on screwing..the gun is very light..will not last for a month. Waste of money and making Amazon in poor light.
