Thes best sodas out there and healthy too
Olipop Sodas are the best bar none. Low in sugar and high in fibre I really notice a difference from drinking the traditional sodas and won't be going back

My all time fave healthy soda. It states it has lots of fiber - around 7 grams of fiber from the ingredients - that is because of the ingredient INULIN which is a plant fiber. If you want added fiber, this is a nice way to get it but do not be fooled into thinking this is the primary way to get your 35 grams of daily fiber - you still need to eat lots of dried beans, vegetables, etc, sprouted whole grains and THOSE are the high fiber foods - especially broccoli, caluiflower which are Fiber Champions. I recently read some article that the label is somewhat misleading - about sugar content. Now here is the deal - do not drink 3 or 4 cans of this stuff every day! It has around 3 to 5 or even 7 grams of sugar depending on the flavor of Olipop that you buy. The root beer is among the LOWEST added sugar content out of all their dozens of flavors. I think it is either 3 or 5 grams of added sugar (read the label to confirm) Drink ONE can! What I do is open a can and then DILUTE it with purified water - and turn it into 32 ounces by diluting it with 16 ounces of water. THAT decreases the sugar content but even diluted with water by 50% it still has plenty of root beer flavor! I never ever drink fruit juice because even if it is all organic and no added sugar it is VERY high in fructose. I definitely think ONE can of this root beer DILUTED in another 16 ounces of water is the way to go. When I first found out about this product was around 2021 - it was on sale at my local natural food store and I bought THREE cases because it was only $1 a can with the case discount price combined with the sale price. I sort of went nuts and was drinking 3-4 cans a day. I gained TEN POUNDS in one month - and it was probably due to consuming an excessive amount of this stuff on a daily basis. It has far less calories than conventional soda BUT I was nuts drinking 3-4 cans every day the first month I bought it - with THREE CASES in my house! Too much of a good thing department! That was a Reality Check and now i only drink ONE can and DILUTE it with water and limit my consumption of this product to about 2 cans a week. It is far better than conventional soda! I alternate it with Waterloo sparkling flavored waters and Nixie organic sparkling flavored water......it can get expensive, so it is a TREAT - mostly i squeeze lemon into plain ole purified water with a sprig of mint - but I like this product and put it in my backpack before I leave for errands when I will be gone all day so i can stay hydrated when I am away from home. I never ever waste money on Starbucks or bottled water when I am out doing errands. It works out to be cost effective if you keep a couple of cans in your desk at work or pop it into a backpack or your purse - tote when you leave home.

Relatively quick shipping, although the box and cans were dented there was no loss.

I've tried the purple and the rootbeer flavors so far. The rootbeer isn't very good, with that burned sugar taste of terrible malt liquor rootbeers. The purple flavor was very good and heavily carbonated. I drank one with Taco Bell and the result was worth the wait. I'll probably buy some more of these, though I'll check the in-store prices first. I don't think the price here is reasonable for the mundane, industrially produced extract ingredients listed on the label; the bulk of which are classified as fillers or colorants.

I’ve tried just about every “healthy soda” on the market, and OLIPOP is by far my favorite. The flavors are fantastic — my top picks are Tropical Punch and grape. They’re fizzy, flavorful, and satisfy that soda craving without all the sugar and artificial junk. What really sets OLIPOP apart is how good it makes me feel. It’s packed with prebiotics, fiber, and plant-based ingredients, and I’ve noticed a big difference in my digestion since I started drinking it regularly. Plus, with only 2–5g of sugar per can, I don’t have to worry about a sugar crash or empty calories. It’s a bit pricier than traditional soda, but totally worth it for the health benefits and clean ingredients. I always keep a few stocked in my fridge! Highly recommend if you’re looking to cut back on soda but still want a fun, fizzy

Great taste and healthier than pop. Nice having delivered rite to my front door. More flavor selection than local stores.
