the product quality is poor
The hinges broke in just 2nd day of receiving the product and started using it. the make is poor and the mouth opens only up to 2-3 inches which is not enough to scoop the poop. Also it does not have a toothed edge at the scooper end. A toothed edge helps scoping up the poop better especially in road surfaces that are not smooth.

Too hard a handle, useless to pick up poop.
The spring is so tight my arm hurts in just trying it, when I took it out of it's box. There is no way I can use this on walks. It's too hard I can barely manage to pull it enough to open 2 inches. How am I supposed to scoop poop with it?. There is a no return policy. My bad. I should have checked before ordering. Very disappointing.
