Mint flavor is quite strong, but I tolerated it after a week or so, and it no longer bothers me. I am on my third, fourth? package of these mints and really enjoy them. I have tried the berry flavor also. It is not as strong a flavor as the mints, surprisingly. However, it is a very nice flavor and comes across more as a candy than a mint. An extra benefit of these mints is the ingredient Xylitol. It is an important ingredient that helps to clean your teeth over time. I have seen years of discoloration on my teeth disappear with continued and frequent use.

I didn’t think these were gonna taste good or cut bad breath. They taste awesome!! They really cut the bad breath after eating or just having your mouth closed for a while. Great ingredients. Neutralizes stinky breath, what more could ya ask for. Ya get a lot in the container too but they do make a loud rattling sound and the opening spout/lid can really shoot out a lot of mints at a time, which can be unhelpful. Container could be better spout/lid wise so I took one star off. Hey at least it stays closed though so all my mints don’t go flying out! But overall love the product!

This is the brand we prefer after trying some others. We wanted it for the natural peppermint oil, for a reason unrelated to oral health, and it has plenty. We carry smaller containers of these in a pocket sometimes, and a few break, but not all that many. We usually buy the larger bag since it is a better value, but it's nice to have this container to refill. We have not tried the other flavors because we bought this for the peppermint oil. It was also important to have only xylitol, not other sweeteners. It takes a while to dissolve in the mouth, which is fine, and you could bite it if impatient.

Bought these for work because I started keto and I used to have tic tacs. These are sugar-free and aspartame-free. They taste good, are refreshing and effective, and I have re-ordered them and probably will again. Took off one star because they seem a little overpriced to me, but I still think they’re a great option.

Bought a whole bunch because I thought it was gum. It's just a mint. But yummy.
