Might be due to poor packing or poor handling during transit
The motor in the mixer is being displaced from it's position. Which causes the malfunctioning of mixer. I found two mixers with same condition which were ordered from Amazon. Might be due to poor packing or poor handling during transit. I myself found that by dissembling the mixers and repaired them ( a bit simple task just placing the motor in it's original position). Otherwise the product is a good one.

Such a horrible piece from prestige.Cons: 1) Manufactured in April 17 {old model}2) Plastic quality was so cheap from such a renowned brand.3) Moreover , First time we didn't receive the bill. That's the most bad thing shame to seller as well how careless can you be guys...4) No proper packagingAtlast , it wasn't expected from such a brand.I won't suggest anyone to buy this..... Totally disappointed ☹️
