Works great and I love that the metal inserts are removable.
First some info about size:I am a small woman. The small size brace wasn't available when I made my purchase. The "one size" option has worked well for me, especially since I've been wearing the brace over long sleeve shirts. Just ordinary t-shirt thickness shirts, though I could use it over thicker shirts if I wanted to. I may get the Small size if I still need to wear this as temperatures go up over the next few weeks, if I notice it doesn't fit as well when worn with short sleeves. But the sizing straps are adjustable, so I may not need to do that. Now some info about the brace's functionality:Some other reviewers found the brace too stiff for their comfort/needs. If that is your concern, I discovered the metal bars are removable. They're just well hidden and securely closed by hook-and-loop, envelope style pockets. There are two rectangular tabs of velvet at the upper edge of the brace when you hold it vertically. One tab is the opening to the topside metal bar, and the other one is the opening to the bottom side metal bar. Lift those velvet tabs and the bars slide right out, which was exactly what I needed.I wasn't able to hold my arm straight at the time I ordered this brace. Nor could I hold it at a full 90 degree bend. I needed to hold it at about a 45 degree angle. With the metal inserts removed, I have been able to consistently achieve this position. This has been especially helpful at night for sleeping.I have noticed improvement in my range of motion and feel like I am on the road to recovery now. My situation is tendon related, but there is also an indication that it might be impacted by the ulnar nerve as well. I'll be wearing this for quite some time to come yet, but I thought this was a good time to leave a review, now that I've been using it for a few weeks. I take it off to shower and change shirts. Otherwise it is always on.I have no complaints about the quality of the brace. It is still in great condition, considering how much I wear it. The adjustable straps still have a tight hold and the elastic doesn't seem to have weakened either. I also like that the three straps allow me to adjust the tightness of the fit around my arm and elbow as needed.Hope this helps some of you decide if this is the right brace for you.

It's not comfortable, but they really aren't meant to be, are they?
So this is more comfortable than the one my doctor gave me, however, you will never be really comfortable wearing this as it's meant to limit your mobility and keep your elbow from bending. The fabric is smooth, breathable, and soft against my skin. It is easy to adjust. The main thing that I like about this compared to other braces is that the metal pieces meant to keep your arm straight are removable. So I wear this for as long as possible with the metal in it, then when I can't take it anymore, I remove them and I'm able to bend my arms, but there is resistance so I don't bend them all the way. I think that's better than not using anything at all. It does help with the nerve pain in my elbow and it wasn't expensive, so all in all, I'm glad I purchased it.

Gives good support
My job is a physical one with a lot of lifting and it's starting to have an affect on me. I have issues with my arms from the elbows down with numbness, tingling, itchiness and often pain in my hands. These braces keep my arms straight at night because they are always at their worst in the morning if they've been bent all night. My purpose for getting them was to get some relief at night and they have worked well so far. Not uncomfortable at all.

Nice to have
Works pretty good. It has a tendency to slide down my arm but can quickly fix that.

Didn't Help
Quality, fit, etc is all good as far as I can tell. However, the brace just didn't help to alleviate my elbow pain when sleeping (tennis elbow aka computer elbow aka slamming-your-fist-on-your-desk-at-work-in-frustration-because-Allen-in-accounting-just-doesn't-get-it elbow).Get with it, Allen.

Works Very Well
Bought two of these for my father who was having issues with his elbows while sleeping. According to him, these have solved his problems.

Not comfortable, but the price was reasonable.
This elbow brace is of good quality. At times it is not comfortable, but I still use it. For the price I paid, it was worth it.

Comfortable
I don't know exactly what is wrong with my elbow but it hurts to bend my arm and I have trouble grasping/ squeezing things with my hand. I got a cheap elbow brace from Walmart and although it kinda helped it itches horribly. I couldn't stand to wear it.This one showed up and I was immediately surprised. It doesn't itch! It's a better quality brace with the metal bars which I will try. Hopefully this thing can help me rehabilitate my elbow. I can't afford a doctor, steroids or surgery so this is the next best thing right now. So far so good. My situation might be different from a lot of people but I'd recommend this to anyone.
