Will these work woth Bose Soundlink model: BH1?

I don’t believe so. I had to closely look at pictures to find my pair since they were smaller than most.

Mine didn’t come with instructions either. Before installing, take out the clear plastic support and throw it away. Then you work each of the cushions onto the individual head phones. It’s a bit of a pain and took me some time but the fit is tight and they work well.

Do I have to remove thin plastic layer on the ear pads?

Yes..just pinch near the top and pull slowly..it will slide right out,then gently work the new pads plastic edge down in the thin groove.
