Be aware...
The hole for the gauge is not 1/4" NPT. The inlet and outlet were as advertised but the gauge hole might be 1/8" NPT (I did a visual inspection but didn't check the thread pitch). I thought I was going to swap over my original gauge but had to go with the one that came with it. We'll see how long is lasts.

Works well for most applications, just make sure the male threads you are using are long enough.
My unit was relatively accurate, I'd say within +/- 2 psi. However, it does not work well with any Astro Pneumatic spray guns because the inlet isn't long enough on the regulator as well as the male threads on the Astro guns are too short. I was getting leaks at the inlet and couldn't figure out why until I hooked up a Paasche HG-08 to this particular regulator and there were no more leaks.

This is the second one I've bought. The first one lasted 10yrs. Strangely the price hasn't increased that much.

Eh, ok regulator but crosseyed
It's a decent regulator, but flow is opposite of standard which should be considered with the gauge position. So to clarify the flow comes right to left, instead of left to right. If you put it on anything the knob will be on the bottom, which in my opinion is not the best position
