These may have saved my gut and my health. Within 1 day my bloating and endotoxin caused pain has dropped significantly. You can tell they work because you can smell the oil when you “go”. You can also feel a slight warmth deep in your gut when it begins to release. Will update review later to see if the effects last. So far loving them. Ordered 1 bottle but I realized I’ll blow through in 2 weeks so I ordered two more.

I made that mistake on the golf course once, one burst, and the oil inside burned my leg like chili — extremely painful. That also explains why you should only ever take it after eating. If you take it on an empty stomach, it feels like swallowing hot metal and will burn on the way down. After food, though, it works exactly as intended. The quality is excellent, and while it is powerful, it really does the job. I cannot recommend it enough. For anyone dealing with stomach issues, bloating, or IBS, this is worth trying. It has genuinely changed my life.
