I've been using Vega products for years, but this is the first time I've tried the pre-workout - it's the first time I've tried any pre workout. Because of other reviewers who said it was gross I began using less than a full serving. But now I am up to two scoops and I am really able to push through my workouts. I usually try and get it all in 20-25 minutes before my workout. I'm so glad I tried it. Worked out great for me. The flavor definitely reminds me of the Country Time Lemonade I used to fear at family gatherings because people go crazy with extra scoops and sugar. Flavor is very reminiscent of that. Again, I like it. Tastes great, works great!

Did not enjoy the flavor, product costs too much. Vegan qualities are excellent but it is expensive for not that much powder and the flavor was not enjoyable. Easy to drink as long as you chugged it, flavor was not enjoyable.

It gives energy for workouts! Flavor is alright. When you first open the container it's halfway full, they might as well make a smaller container or give more product.

It works, no jittered feeling, enhances sharpness and focus and makes your workouts intense and productive! Highly recommend!

Tastes like dirt not gonna lie but it WORKS!

I loveBeachbody energize drink in fruit punch flavor. It’s just 50.00 per purchase. Plus shipping. I was looking for an alternative so found this option from this brand which is amazing for shakes. Was excited to find a container for $30.00 plus free shipping. Unfortunately the strawberry lemonade flavor is ok the scoops are pretty big and states 1-2. Not sure if I truly got much more but it’s still a savings. I can say that it does have a powerful energize punch for 2 scoops but with the flavor being meh 😒 I think I prefer to go back to Beachbody but let’s see. I’ll definitely finish it and continue to try it. The company is great, delivery and packaging were also excellent. The product does what it needs to.

Before I bought this from Amazon I was able to buy two small sample sizes at my grocery store. I tried the strawberry lemonade and was pleasantly surprised that the flavor was pretty good so I went ahead and just bought that flavor from Amazon. I mixed it with 1.5 cups of water and shook it for about 15 seconds. I didn't find there to be any gritty or chalky texture like some people have mentioned. Maybe they didn't shake it up well?The next workout I tried the Acai Berry and was NOT impressed, as in 0 stars. I had to water it down well beyond the instructions and just muscled through it. I do NOT recommend that flavor.I haven't used the product long enough to comment on how it's helped my workouts, but I will update this review after a few weeks.

I know that supporters of the previous Vega Pre-Workout are pretty bummed about the product reformulation, but I never used that product, and find this current incarnation to be pretty awesome. I love the taste and I've never had a problem mixing it if I add it to water and not vice versa. If I do the latter, it all clumps to the bottom of the bottle. As for performance, it gives great support to get you started or when you're trying to push for PRs, even when you're just not feeling a workout. I highly recommend it.
