It's was a huge hit Christmas morning :) Arrived earlier than expected, with everything we needed. There were NO problems assembling! I did a great deal of "shopping" around before deciding on this particular trampoline. I'm grateful that I did.. It's very sturdy & well made! LOVE that it's one of very few "non Olympic" regular home style trampolines w/ the heavier weight capacity! (Making it more affordable for the average household) I was hopeful that this feature would mean it was a more quality & a safer made trampoline than the most common ones..and it is, w/o a doubt! We made the right choice & I would definitely recommend this very trampoline over the immense amount of competition, to any other parents/caretakers concerned for overall safety at an affordable price.

We studied all the available trampolines on Amazon and believed this would be our best choice and it is. It can when scheduled and so did the 2 man crew we requested. It was up and functional in a couple of hours or less and we've been jumping ever since. Great entertainment and good exercise. We feel especially confident that our larger family members and friends will also be safe using this particular trampoline. It's not just for the little ones! We think this is a 5 star!

Besides the issues I had with replacing parts damaged in shipping, this trampoline is amazing. We love the sturdy frame and the way the net is outside of the springs. It’s safe and really lets us utilize all of the space. Our net and pad were damaged in shipping, and it took 4 shipments after the original to finally get the correct replacement parts, but now that we have the replacements, the trampoline has taken the top spot on the activities list for my kids. They would rather jump outside then watch movies or play video games and I’m never worried about them falling off or being able to get on or off safely. The ladder even accommodates our 2 yr old!On a side note, the tarp covering doesn’t seem to be very affective. Rain pools and seems to weigh down the tramp, so we haven’t used it since the first time, but the stakes are super helpful in my windy neighborhood and the ladder has been so useful. This package was a great buy and I’m very pleased overall.

I started setting this up by myself, then my husband got home early and helped me finish. I got to most of the springs by myself and it was pretty easy, but I have set up trampolines in the past when I was a kid so I knew the process already.I was very thankful for my husband’s help when it came to the net. It is definitely a two person job to make that happen!We ended up taking the rubber bottoms to the legs off and putting the net poles a few inches up from the ground so it didn’t dig up our grass when moving it to mow under. It stays in place even set up that way. At least I don’t notice it moving around.I was very confused about how the mat was connected to the blue cover when reading reviews. I wanted to add some pictures that show that process for other potential buyers. Basically there is a blue pad that goes on top of the springs and another blue cover is sewn to the jumping mat. That blue cover has straps that go around the frame and hold it all in place. It works pretty good and I was impressed with the design! I have noticed that the blue cover isn’t tucked under the frame after weeks of use just because the net pulls it up a bit from jumping. But it’s more a cosmetic thing than anything. Really not a big deal.The net keeps children AND dirt/debris inside the tramp. Growing up we didn’t have a net so all the bugs and leaves, etc. would just fly off. Not the case anymore with nets! It was something I never considered. If it gets too bad we will just have to take a broom to it I guess. But worth the hassle to keep my 3 YO from flying off the tramp! LOLGreat buy and I’m glad we spent a little more for this one. The quality shows!

After hours researching and weighing pros and cons, I decided on this trampoline. It is a little more expensive than some but not as expensive as others but the extra money is worth it; and I think is a great value. It is a very sturdy trampoline and I like the safety features such as the fact that the springs are covered/no gap design. It also comes with features a lot of trampolines don't such as ladder, rain cover, gloves to use during assembly, and wind stakes. The nice long warranty shows they stand behind their product. But what makes this trampoline really stand out is the truly exceptional customer service from the manufacturer and the seller that it was sold from (BenefitForU). There was an issue with my trampoline that was unavoidable and no one's fault. They were super in helping me rectify it and the communication was great. I can unequivocally recommend this trampoline!! You won't be disappointed. ( I used an assembly service so cannot speak to ease of assembly.)

Great trampoline for the price, but I want to praise the company for their excellent customer service. Two of the safety net poles got bent in high winds. I contacted the company to purchase two replacement poles. They offered to send them for free, no questions asked. I did not expect that - this was not a design/construction flaw, the winds were so high (50-60mph?) that the fact that only two poles bent was impressive. Thanks!

We've had our Zupapa for a year now and it still looks and feels brand new. Our 10, 9 and 8 year old boys use it often, as well as their friends, and they do take good care to sweep leaves off of it and only jump with socks on it. We love the net around it as it keeps them safe. It was a great purchase after MUCH research and deliberation! It wasn't too hard to put together, but it did take some effort. My husband and grown son put it together.

This is a very nice trampoline and in awesome quality. With the weight of this thing by itself and the weight of the nest poles this has not blown away yet. My worse fear on buying this it blowing away my kids wanted one so I tried to purchase the best one out there. We had tornadoes that had been in the area and we had reached over 50 mile winds it is still standing there. But I still recommend anchoring it down with something over than the stakes it comes with.My boys love it.
