Great piece of mind for a parent! Great support!
The first device I received paired, but would never send the alert, test or otherwise. Contacted Invisawear customer service. We tried a few things over email to no avail so she had me call in. She walked me through a couple of things and it wouldn't even pair anymore. She ordered a new one and sipped it out right away. No fuss. AMAZING service! New one arrived, works like a charm(no pun intended)Very happy With this product!

Worst $140 I’ve ever spent
For a product being $140 you think it be a little bit more well made… I’ve heard so many good things about invisaWear and I was so happy when I got it, but I come to discover today it fell out of the little holder, and I almost lost it!!! Luckily, it laid not too far away from where I was standing so I was able to find it pretty quick. Nonetheless I see that this is how you replace the battery in the device. However, I think this is something that needs to be fixed design wise. I mean look at it there’s just a little tiny piece of tape they’re holding it in! And I’m going to repeat myself might but for $140? Really???? of course I never hope to use this because I hope I don’t get in a dire situation but considering it’s an EMERGENCY DEVICE That is meant to be KEPT ON YOUR PERSON. One would think they would aim to make the device more sustainable than this.

great safety idea
I purchased this for my daughter before she went on a trip. She had a bit of difficulty getting it programmed. After speaking with a customer service rep, she was good-to-go. I know I felt better knowing she had something she could use instead of her phone, and I think she felt better as well.

Safety Device or Fidget Toy?
Appearencewise it's good but it's not easy to connect for being a SAFETY device...it's not really accessibleSome people can't afford phonebills and need a free phone number wifi only texting appI'm one of them the invisawear app requires you to verify your phone number I can't do that my Text now app won't let me get those kinds of verification code messages not to mention it won't connect to my phone despite having the appThus it's not able to complete Performance in its primary function as a safety device it's just been a really expensive fun Button pressing Fidget toy for me

Amazing Product
I recently purchased the Invisawear Smart Jewelry and I have to say, it’s one of the best decisions I’ve made in terms of personal safety! The concept is brilliant—stylish, functional, and discreet. The jewelry looks just like a regular, fashionable piece—whether it’s a necklace, bracelet, or keychain—but with the added benefit of being a fully functional emergency device. The setup was incredibly easy. After syncing it with the app on my phone, I felt more secure knowing that, in any situation where I might feel unsafe, I can discreetly send an alert with just a simple tap. It sends a text message with my location to my emergency contacts, and the best part? It works in real-time without drawing attention to the fact that I’m in danger. It’s a real game-changer for anyone who wants to feel safer without sacrificing style or comfort.

Newer phones only
I think this was a great gift, but was surprised to find out that was not compatible with her phone. The software application that allows this to work requires a phone with a specific ability to download the app. So, do your homework and make sure that the phone is compatible. I'm buying her a new phone just so she can pair with the invisiwear device.

Lame
I've seen this advertised a lot on YouTube and I was like okay I'll get this. When I got driving connected with my Bluetooth and my safe contacts however if you're not willing to get self defense classes and spend more money on the InvisaWear app exactly right you're just wasted money.I do activated the count and I thought man $100 down the drain
