I've been using this fiber supplement for several years now and can attest to its efficacy for keeping a healthy and well regulated gut. Good product

This is a really great product because it's vegan and has no artificial colors. It's hard to find a supplement that ticks both these boxes. However, I believe the price could be a bit lower. Nonetheless, the health benefits are worth it!

Works well without stomach distress .Note:Recommended dose is 5 capsules per day. I would suggest more like one capsule per day until you know how your body reacts. One per day works for me.

I struggle with constipation and needed something to help me. This saved me! It doesn’t make me feel like I need to run to the bathroom immediately (thank goodness) but I finally have normal GI motility. Just make sure you read the directions because one serving is 5 capsules, not 2 like a typical supplement.

This product is good because it offers effective digestion support without any artificial colors. After 10 months of use, I've seen a significant improvement in my digestion, all thanks to this product. My only gripe? For those of us who struggle with large pills, a smaller size would be a great improvement. Nevertheless, a solid choice for dietary fibers.
