For the price, these baskets are great. Yes, there's a few sharp end b/c of the basket weaving material being used, but it's not terrible. The baskets are big enough to fit two small stuffed animals or one good size stuffed animal. The girls I bought the baskets for loved them. They were easy to install and look great on their bikes.

Gift for my tiny son with his torn Achilles. He got lots of compliments. :-)

Trust the other reviews and don't think you'll luck out. There were many jagged pieces inside, which hurt when I grabbed the basket to get it out of the box. I read some reviewers cut the jagged pieces off, but why should you have to do extra work to make a product safe? This was for my bike, but I would never let my child use this.

I just got a new bike and was excited to get a basket to put my stuff in, it took me days of searching till I finally picked this one. The basket is the perfect size for what I need (small purse, big water bottle and snacks). The reason it is not 5 stars is because it has already scratched me twice and the paint is chipped in the front, I also noticed the top is real loose on one side.Overall this is a very nice basket and just the right size for me and I can't wait to start using it.

Beautiful basket but sharp ends sticking out everywhere. Could give you a pretty deep scratch. We spent a half hour clipper ends as close as possible then sanding them a bit. An adult could avoid getting hurt but I wouldn't recommend for kids.

If I could give this zero stars I would. First of all, this is not pink. It's coral, almost red. Second, the quality is awful. Pieces of the basket are falling apart, and sticking out, broken. The "pink" paint looks like they may have hired a child to pain it. I had such high hopes for this, it was to be an Easter gift, but I'm very disappointed in the quality.

My 8 year old loves this basket. It goes on the bike very easily with belt-like straps, and it is easy to remove, if needed. It is convenient for holding my daughter’s helmet when she isn’t riding, but it also holds a towel for swimming, stuffed animals, a water bottle, or other medium to small items. It looks great, too - she has received numerous compliments on her bike basket!

for the price, this is a well made basket, paint is decent with the exception of fibers not removed prior to painting that are visible. The strap is on the cheap side and might not last, but works. Size is perfect for small bike. Will make a cute bike even cuter!
