This was a lifesaver for me since I'm not able to stand for long periods of time these days. Easy to assemble and so far really sturdy. Worth the price.

This chair helped me to shower comfortably when I was heavily pregnant and too tired to stand for an “everything shower.” It doesn’t take up a lot of space, and it’s pretty strong. I like that the height is adjustable, and I now use it while bathing my infant in the tub. The chair is definitely a necessity during pregnancy and postpartum.

I’m giving the product itself a 5 * because it is a very study product, easy to put together & adjustable height. ALTHOUGH the description says white…I received a gray chair! I needed to shower my husband & waited long enough for this one & didn’t have the time to return so I kept it. 😞

I’ve always dreaded washing my extremely long hair because of the back pain I would get from being bent over for so long. Getting a shower stool made it so that I can comfortably sit down while washing my hair, making the process pain-free! I also sit on it while washing my feet, so there’s no more fear of losing my balance or slipping. This particular shower stool is extremely easy to set up. I can’t speak to the weight capacity because I’m nowhere near the stated weight limit, but it does feel very sturdy. I would recommend this to anyone who struggle with low energy, mobility/balance issues, or just want extra convenience in the shower. Note that this is a relatively wide chair, so be sure to measure your tub or shower stall to make sure it fits. My walk-in shower is pretty big, so it fits nicely with plenty of space to spare.

The feet of this are angled at an opposite angle from a tub curve. This causes it to be unstable abd my husband fell in the tub because of it. The 2nd picture where the feet aren't touching the tub bottom much at all are of the seat sitting width wise like normal in the tub. The first picture is of the seat sitting long ways in our tub and the feet meet the floor of the tub a bit more but it is still unstable that way too. Weird manufacturing design to angle the feet opposite of the way all tubs curve/slope in. Of course and unfortunately I'd like to return it.

I have a small shower, so I felt concerned the chair wouldn't be stable enough, but it is, no matter where I put it. Took less than 10 minutes to put it together, and it's a great value. Gives me peace of mind knowing that even in the cold water, I won't fall if my knees buckle.

Wonderful! Also put it together in about 2 minutes. So easy! I didn't expect it to be so easy. Put the legs on and screw on with 5 screws. SUPER EASY!

The chair is VERY LIGHT! Making it easy and convenient to move from one place to another without assistance. The back is removable making it easy to put in tight spaces! I am so pleased with it. Oh and the legs are also adjustable to fit the height that is most comfortable for the user! I will for sure order from this seller again! Thanks Amazon for providing great quality merchandise!

This is a very good chair to use in a shower stall. The seat portion is very wide and comfortable and textured to prevent slipping off. There are nice handles on the seat sides. No back to the chair, so you need to be stable sitting upright to use it safely. I don't have a bathtub, so I'm not sure if it would fit in one. Make sure you pay attention to the measurements because it's fairly wide. There are several height choices (easy to adjusting) and overall it's super easy to assemble. Make sure you tighten the included screws enough so the chair is stable. I researched similar products, and by far you can't beat this price. I purchased this chair because I have a very large shower stall but no tub, and sometimes instead of standing, I just want to sit under the hot running water. The chair is the perfect solution. I'm very happy with this purchase.

It’s on the expensive side, but a good quality product. I would recommend this if you’re looking for a safe option for elderly. Delivery was fine. The Drive Medical shower bench worked out perfectly for my elderly folks. It's super sturdy, well constructed, lightweight and most of all, it's one of the least expensive options. Installation was a breeze as it was all toolless. The aluminum legs means it would never rust. Super simple to adjust height if you need it. However, even at the minimum height it still sits slightly higher than the bathtub. This shouldn't be a problem if you have curtains though. It also just about fits in their standard 30" tub (24" inside width). Overall, it's definitely been a quality of life improvement for my folks. Highly recommended!
