Great product if only I can get it out of the container pump action doesn’t work just got the thing yesterday nightmare

Tried this for the first time this morning and was blown away by the quality of the experience. I love the aroma. The cream is lusciously smooth. And it makes my scalp tingle. I find out over time if it makes my hair thicker, but this is the nicest shampoo I've used in a long time. --------------------------------------------- Update --------------------------------------------- It has been about three months since I started using this product. At that time, my hair stylist said I had great hair, but admitted here was little new hair coming in. I just saw her again yesterday. She commented on all the new hair coming in, saying something to the effect, “You have thousands of baby hairs.” It’s the best news I’ve received in a while. Six stars for this product.
