Fab watch and super durable
Love this watch. I wanted something that could take the brutality of being worn on the boat, in the sun, sometimes in the sea. I love how durable it is and even the leather is lasting really well. Chunky but stylish and surprisingly quite light on the wrist.

Nice looking watch
This is a chunky watch in a very nice blue and a clear face. I had my uncle try it on and the strap only just got round his wrist so that is something to look out for. It keeps time well but setting day and date is a bit tricky - you need to pull the winder partly out and then it is clockwise for the date and anticlockwise for the day. Getting the day right is made trickier by having dates in English and French! It does seem to be a well made watch and it looks good, even if it is rather too large for me.

Very stylish and comfortable to wear
I was extremely impressed with this watch. The dial face is very clear and the day and date is easy to read. The dial face is 4.5cm across and the time is easily adjusted by pulling out the winder to its full amount. To adjust the date the winder is pulled out half way. The minutes are clearly marked with dashes and five minute segments are numbered 05 to 55 with 12 and 6 displayed in larger lettering for ease. The watch strap is made of genuine leather and adjustable to fit any wrist size and is a contrasting navy blue to the black dial face. The watch keeps excellent time and friends have remarked what a great looking time piece. I am personally very pleased with it.

A SMART CONTEMPORARY DESIGN OF AN AVIATION OBSERVERS WATCH, QUALITY QUARTZ MOVEMENT, EXCELLENT DETAIL AND CONSTRUCTION
A smart and contemporary M-Watch Aero design. It has a large easy to read and clear dial, hours, minutes, seconds and a day and date display window. The hour markers are given over to minutes which reflects the heritage of Aviation Observer watches of the past. It has a brushed stainless steel screw back case and hardened mineral crystal glass. While not as scratch resistant as sapphire crystal it is the next best thing and less brittle. Water resistance is to 100m, this does not mean it is water proof so its best to avoid showers, swimming and any water sports. The blue leather strap feels like it is good quality, though I generally swap out these kinds of straps for a nylon NATO. The white accents, numerals and hands stand out against a matt grey/blue centre and dark glossy blue outer rim. I particularly like the matt grey/blue centre as it cuts down on reflections from the glass. The M-Watch logo and small Swiss flag really set the watch apart and give it a more upmarket look. There does not appear to be any anti-reflective coating on the glass. While it has a relatively large watch it is reasonably thin so it sits on my wrist quite comfortably without being too heavy. The design of the lugs may not suit smaller wrist sizes. In general terms M-Watches usually have a quality RONDA quartz movement and should prove accurate. They can also have a battery life of between 6 and 10 years. M-Watch are part of the Mondaine Group who have the rights to the world famous Swiss Railways Clock design and offer a 2 year limited guarantee. These watches offer serious value for money and in this ‘Blue Range’ really good design. The Swiss Made logo at the six o'clock position give it kudos. Well made, quality quartz movement and great value, what’s not to like about this watch.

M Watch Mens Watch.
This is a large watch. I took a photo of it on my wrist to show how large, and am trying to upload it to show this. This is very much a 'man's' watch by design and size. It has a quality strap, although I had to wear it at its tightest to stop it moving around. The watch face is very clear, with what I regard as an odd numbering layout. Only the hours of 12 and 6 are displayed, in their usual places. The rest of the numbering is in seconds/minutes, 5,10, 15 etc., as you can see in the photo. Perhaps this is the norm now, or the fashion. More annoyingly, as someone else has pointed out, the second hand does not line up exactly with the seconds on the face. I can't comment yet on time-keeping accuracy, but it is a Swiss built watch so I wouldn't expect any problems there. There are absolutely no instructions with the watch, just an international guarantee leaflet. (You pull the knob out one notch to set the day/date, two to set the time. I found the knob had a little play in it, making it difficult to set to the exact second). It is well presented on a black cushion in a smart box. It would make a nice present for someone who likes this type of watch. But I currently use a much smaller (and frankly more comfortable for me) Casio watch : Casio Collection Men's Watch with White Analogue Display and Resin Strap MQ-24-7BLL which cost £6 and keeps excellent time. You pay your money and make your choice.

Nice quality
Gone are the days when you would have one watch for all occasions and this watch fits the modern pattern of a watch for an occasion. I currently have three watches and interchange them to suit what I am wearing. This stylish watch can fit smart casual or suit, but I think it the equivalent of ladies cocktail watch - nicely worn with a good, dark shirt when out for drinks or dinner. As a timepiece, it has no fancy extra dials and tells hours, minutes, seconds and day/date. The centre dial is matt charcoal and the numbers round the circumference are white on metallic blue. The leather strap is dark blue with white stitching. I am unaware of anything similar - which might appeal to people of individual taste rather than the look-alike fascias of so many watches, particularly those mimicking Rolex. I suggest it is a watch for a younger, successful person who is not pretentious. Swiss made means quality and it is supported by a 2 year guarantee for its mechanics, with the usual conditions that it is not misused or mistreated. Water resistant to 100 metres - where all one requires is that is survives rain showers or the accidental dunk in the sink while wearing. Pay attention to the dimensions - two of my fingers by width barely cover the dial. It is surprisingly light and comfortable to wear. On a personal level, it does not hit my desires. As a large watch, I was hopeful I would read the dial with my myopic vision sans spectacles but it is blurry and one of my watches does a much better job. It also has the unfortunate effect of reminding me of an oven thermometer that I have - the flat round face with such numbers - I would prefer the hours to be shown and not the minute.

Smart navy blue and stainless steel styling in an oversize watch
M-WATCH Mens Watch WBL.19340.LD This is a substantial, chunky watch that feels solid and well-made. It doesn't have any fancy features beyond time and date, and it's easy to read the time at a glance. The body of the watch is around 4.5cm across and the watch strap broad at 24cm width. The watch strap also fits a woman's wrist, making a really oversized look. The dark navy blue styling is really smart. === THINGS I LIKE ABOUT THIS PRODUCT === * Really smart deep navy blue styling with stainless steel * The watch comes in a smart 4-colour presentation box (black, blue, yellow and red) with a branded window lid; inside the box, the watch is presented on a plump black velvet cushion * The watch face is bold and simple, making it easy to read the time at a glance; there are 3 hands (seconds, minutes and hours), clear hour markings (though with an idiosyncratic numbering system) and a calendar function with day and date * Discreet 'M:WATCH' branding across the face underneath the numeral 12 and on the watch strap lining * Thick, well-stitched, good quality dark navy blue leather watch strap lined with beige leather which, although the watch is aimed at men, will also fit women's wrists because there are 7 buckle holes * Chunky matte stainless steel metal watch buckle that closes securely and matches the body of the watch * Keeps good time (as all battery watches do) * Despite feeling really chunky, the watch weighs in at just 73g on my kitchen scales * Comes with a 2 year guarantee (you'll need your proof of purchase or dealer stamp) * Water resistant to 100m/10 bar, which means it's good for every watery activity except scuba diving === NIGGLES === * The watch is slightly unbalanced because the leather strap is light whereas the watch itself is heavy, meaning it will turn round on your wrist if the strap isn't done up tightly * Oversized face, at almost 4.5m from side to side - this is very nearly as wide as my wrist! * The numbering system is idiosyncratic; 12 is at the top and 6 at the bottom, then 05, 10, 15, 45, 50 and 55 facing inwards, and then 20, 25, 35 and facing outwards. It's a bit random and disorientating. * There are no instructions for how to operate the watch and it took me a while to work out how to set the day of the week on the calendar; to set the time, pull the knob out two notches; to set the date and day, push in one notch and turn anticlockwise to set the day (several turns for each day) and clockwise to set the date. * The day function has days in two languages, English and French (Mon, Lun, Tue, Mar, Wed, Mer, Thu, Jeu, Fri, Ven, Sat, Sam, Sun, Dim) which means it takes a long time of scrolling the wheel to get to the day of the week you want * The 2 year guaranteee excludes the glass, strap and battery For sale at the time of writing this review at £82.50.

Nice looking affordable pilot watch
If like me you really like the modern trend for big oversized watch faces, then you'll probably like this M+Watch pilot watch. The big oversized face is 45mm wide by 11mm deep yet still manages to to appear sleek and elegant with an uncluttered face. I like to wear my watches fairly loose, and the oversized face has an unexpected bonus in that it's so large that it prevents the watch moving about too much on my wrist despite the looseness I prefer, which is a definite plus. The leather strap itself is nicely stitched and complements the blue tinge of the watch face, although of course there's nothing preventing you from swapping the strap out for a different one at a later date. The hour and minute hand are luminous, although the lume isn't that great, certainly not the brightest you'll ever see. The Quartz movement, in common with so many Quartz movements, is slightly out of sync, meaning the seconds hand doesn't line up with the markers on the watch face. So many manufacturers of Quartz movements, even high end ones, often suffer from exactly the same problem; for some reason manufacturers just don't bother lining up the hands properly during the assembly process. Very irritating! That bug aside, this is a nice looking Quartz watch that is easy to set up even without instructions.
