Product is good. But, LG charged us for the Installation and clamps. Also, there is a separate blog discussion going on about the issues of online purchase of these products. These brands are planning to make the customer pay for any after-sales service, even though it falls under the warranty period, for the only reason that the product was purchased Online. I did not have anyone to tell me about that.
