These are similar to what hospitals give you while going through alcohol withdrawals. Very potent and will turn your pee neon yellow -- this is normal and just your body getting rid of excess Riboflavin (vitamin B2). It's not colouring-related as another reviewer noted. Probably a bit much to be taking every day if you're not deficient, but definitely does the job and is very good value for money.

They are vitamin tablets, hard to tell if they are doing any good, but seem OK. I bought them to help with a bout of Bells Palsy I was having. And I must say, I'm feeling a lot better. Could be these tabs help, along with the steroids. They are quite big pills. Pungent smell and taste too. I'm sure these are a good vitamin B supplement. Would purchase again. Great seller.

A good product, but tablets are huge, making difficult to swallow. Delivery very quick.
