I was taking raw black maca from another brand but wasn’t happy with it. I purchased the Indus black gelatinized maca and I noticed a difference right away. The flavor is so much better and it smells richer. I believe it’s a high quality product. Very happy with my purchase. There was a slight issue. The wrong maca was sent by mistake. I contacted the seller and sent a picture of what I received. They were very quick to communicate back and sent the right maca out express so I received it very fast. The customer service is excellent with this company and I will be purchasing more maca in the future from this seller.

Dissolves relatively easily in hot water. Tastes fresh and strong. Has the desired and noticeable effects. I used this brand several years ago and I’m really happy to see it available again. Great for weightlifting.

The taste is earthy but blends well with other flavors. Just a teaspoon a day makes a noticeable difference. Highly recommend if you’re looking for a natural way to feel more energized and balanced!

Was so pleased to find an organic red maca powder that was reasonably priced, in fact more than reasonably priced. I was paying $60 a pound at the health food market. So decided to check online and many were still very expensive although less than the health food market. Then I found the Indus organic red maca powder in a 2 pound Package for $25, a great price per pound. Brings the price to actually a little less than $12 a pound which is quite reasonable for organic red maca powder. This 2 pound pack was actually less than most 1 pound or less packages. This stuff is actually a magic herbal ingredient that goes back to the days of the ancient Incas in Peru. A must for every smoothie.

I've eaten maca for the last 10 years. The stuff at Trader Joes is cheap but not potent, this appears to be very good, very clean and very potent. The smell is spot on and not bland and weak like Trader Joes. Will buy again. ** UPDATE ** Since the purchase of the Red Maca, the price has doubled. This is the most expensive maca on the market, outside of pills.

Black Maca is the only one that provides the memory and fertility benefits you're probably looking for. It also needs to be Gelatanized in order to be digested, and this is the traditional method of consumption in Peru. I do feel more energy when consuming this product. Stay away from any raw Maca, and be sure to get black. This particular product works very well for me , and great prices. I've purchased repetitively.

Potent, fresh and gelatinized for easy digestion. This is the brand we will be buying in the future. If you've ever gotten an upset stomach from red maca, then give this brand a try. We were pleasantly surprised with the quality and taste. The brand we trusted before this was Micro Ingredients. Very potent blend.
