Good for upma also
It is good. There are no instructions on the product packet. There is also misleading information on the webpage that you need add only water. Idly has two components, rice and urad dal. So, this rava makes only one part. If you just add water to this and steam, you wouldn't make idlys. Don't forget about urad dal. You can use this rava on its own for good upma. It tastes very good, better than rava from wheat but that's my personal taste.

Good idly rava
I buy this brand of rava idly regularly - offline & online. My rava idlys turn out nice and soft. The rava is "barik" & when soaked in water they turn out nice and smooth.

Product good but dilemma to buy or not to
Product is very good. Made Undi/ Pundi- a Mangalore preparation. Delicious. But what is pinching is "Delivery charge" is more then the the product price. So I, question myself - why should I buy it from Amazon. Few miles away from home, I can get the product or better product and save a lot of money. Thanks
