If you know what you're getting you'll be happy
These doors are great for what they are, which are NOT replacement doors for your factory setup. They are great for rolling with light half doors with the option of putting on uppers for rain. If you know that goIng in, you'll be happy. The fit is not spot on. Like everyone else, mine required some work, and they don't line up perfect. On the lowers, the weather stripping on the bottom doesnt touch the body, and the forward facing upper section is pressed in too tight to the body. The weather stripping on the uppers is too tight on the front, and not the back. This seems like something they should have addressed over all these years. The doors are very loud. They are actually louder with the uppers installed vs. just lowers. I have to put on a piece of wrap around Velcro to secure the uppers to the body while driving like a lot of other people have. They will start to pull away at speed.I use these doors for spring/fall when I can ride with just the lowers, and I keep the uppers in the back for unexpected rain. This is my temporary setup until the Strike Force Zebra uppers come out for their doors.

You Don't Drive a Wrangler for Quiet Comfort...
These doors are just right. That said, when you get up any kind of speed with everything on there the top of the window is going to pull away from the door frame. It's going to pull away a lot -- I can stick my whole hand easily through the gap. There is not a blessed thing you can do about it. It is unfortunate and annoying. But let's face it: if you wanted quiet comfort you'd leave the hard top and the full metal power window doors on there. You buy these doors because your wife won't ride with you unless you've got some doors on.You shouldn't really be planning to drive around with the top 'window' portions on anyway. You can't limit their swing, so they smack the (after market) mirrors every time you open the door. Just rock the doors and keep the windows in the back. I have a 'Little Passengers' third-row seat, and all four windows still fit nicely behind it. I get to be the guy enjoying the sunshine and fresh air but I don't have to be the guy soaking wet and driving home in a downpour. I can put them on any time it rains, but I usually don't need to.The ability to completely remove the doors in a matter of seconds is also totally worth it. Sometimes the door latches pop open driving down the highway -- especially when I first put these on. These are totally expensive -- just like every other accessory you put on your Jeep. The amount of fitting and installation required is high for the crazy amount these cost, but if you follow the instructions it takes 45 minutes and you're done. I do wish the pins were threaded for lock-nuts because at this price I'm amazed no one has tried to steal them yet. Locking the doors would secure them but I hate toting the extra key.I guess the point is that you drive a rig that gets crappy gas mileage and handles like a pig. Buy these doors because they are (half) doors. Buy these doors because they are simple. Buy these doors because they are cool. They are really cool. Don't buy them if you're not prepared to get wet and dirty and noisy and drive a Jeep.(Disclaimer: As soon as it snows the hard-top/hard-doors go back on for the winter, though I think I could rock the soft set in the snow if I didn't get so cold)

Poor craftsman ship; poor quality. Not even worth half the price.
Even if they're designed to keep the elements out, these doors are not worth the price. The doors I received had bent frames and torn fabric. I had to spend a lot of time bending the hinges and latches just to make the doors fit. Even then, once driving if I went over 40mph, the doors pull away from the Jeep, creating a large gap along the edges that constantly flaps, creating so much noise that it's actually quieter to run without them. The noise was so bad I could only hear the factory radio if I had it turned up all the way.The back doors weren't so problematic, but the front ones were worse. The latches barely aligned even when adjusted, and constantly had to be bent out since just shutting the doors would cause the latch to bend against the handle.I spent a lot of time bending these to make them fit, and had to make multiple trips to Lowes to devise some solution to keep the doors pulled in tight so they didn't pull away and flap while driving down the road. They're a pain to shut if you have both parts on. The frames are light but not sturdy, so shutting them from inside is tough since the frames bend before the door latches. With passengers I had to shut the doors for the latches would often catch and not shut, and pulling on the door harder only caused them to bow. These doors might be worth $100 - $150 per set, but almost a $1000 dollars for the front and back set of these doors is absurd and a complete and total ripoff. Poor craftsmanship quality and ended up requiring more work than any value they provided. The only pro is that once I went through all of this, they were easy to get on and off and could be stored in the back. But in the long run, it wasn't worth it. I'll never use these doors again. Use the money you would spend on these to invest in a proper set of two piece doors. Don't spend $500 on these.
