My daughter really likes Burgmueller and this book was a wonderful gift.

My 9 year old son’s piano teacher uses this for teaching online. The print is clear and the paper is thick enough. It has all the music he taught.

Love the compilation, dont like how music that should be spread over a couple of pages is so condensed. It makes it difficult to read or mark the music. Please make a larger print version for tired eyes. Or, better yet, make 2 volumes sold as a set. That aside, all of Burgmuller collected studies is a great addition to any pianist's library.

This 105-page volume contains all 3 opuses by Burgmuller. Normally, each opus costs $8 to $11. Pages are crisp and white and notes are easy to read. Typical Schirmer's look. Very happy with this book!To those unfamiliar with Burgmuller's works, these opuses are etudes which are stand-alone pieces in themselves since they are so melodious. I enjoy playing them so much. I actually heard a CD of Opus 100 and that motivated me to get this book.

Love these melodic exercises that also incorporate piano technique.

Absolutely beautiful studies, all are works of musical art and form a nice lead-in to Chopin's works!

From beginner to moderately advanced, everyone will find pieces in this collection to challenge and entertain. They are like mini-etudes, but are so pretty and fun to play that they don't seem like exercises at all.

Self taught at 70+, great fun but every day a pleasant struggle, 99 failures in some way all time. OP 100 super and relatively achievable, 105 difficult not ready as yet, 109 good follow on to op 100. Overall I find BurgMueller a great learning product after 2 years effort at 2 hrs daily.

A lovely book of interesting tunes. The best value piano book I've ever purchased and the pieces progress nicely with some much more difficult but plenty to have a go at at a lower level too I'm grade 2 and can certainly have a good go at plenty of the pieces ever if not at full tempo!

Burgmuller's studies are really tuneful - I much prefer them to those of Carl Czerny. They are an excellent way to practice a particular technique without driving family and neighbours mad. This is a collection of 3 books of studies. The first book has relatively easy and short studies in, the last two are progressively harder and longer. Excellent value for money.The first copy I was sent however had some pages missing and other pages appearing twice! Second copy was fine.

The studies are all technically challenging at different levels, from approximately Grade 2 to advanced. All are also beautiful pieces of music, to be played readily in concert as well as for private study.

Lovely arrangements from easy to difficult. Piano pieces by Burgmuller have long been my favourite. Always lovely tunes to remember. A good book for study and enjoyment.
