Update: after using the product for a month, my weight didn't go down further. I would not use it as weight loss solution.I had my doubts when the product arrived. Such tiny pills, what can they do to help? I lost 2 lb after taking the pills for two nights before going to bed. I have water retention problem due to lack of exercise, it is gone now thanks to the enzyme pills. I will continue until I finish the bag to see if I can reach my ideal weight.

I finished one bag. So far, there's no significant weight loss, but I did notice my digestion is better and tummy is not as bloating every morning. I'm going to order second bag and see if the change is more significant.

I finished two bags already and continue to try another flavor.It really helped me to lose weight and controlled my weight after binge eating.I took 2 pills a day before sleep and after half year(I stopped for a month before another one), I lost 3kg. Of course with some exercise.I found that my weight had been stable even I stopped exercising or ate a lot.Also, it really helped me to sleep better. I won't feel tired after I woke up.

Not work for me

Really good product, really make me sleep deep and longer. But why price increase that much?
