YDK-180S62823-03 - OEM Upgraded Replm Zhongshan Broad-Ocean Condenser Fan Motor

Was surprised to find the exact match for our condenser fan on a Goodman AC unit. Was simple to remove the old motor and replace with the new one. Had exact same wiring and color coding of wire that made replacement a breeze. Saved me calling an AC repair company and saved me hundreds of dollars. Completely satisfied.

This motor arrived with severely damaged and bent mounting screw extension threads, which required me to replace the motor's assembly screws with new ones. This problem was mentioned by other purchasers of this motor too. When this motor was installed in the A/C condenser's fan - we discovered it is much noisier than other fan motors and runs considerably hotter to the touch. Very disappointed in the quality and operation of this Chinese made motor.

Like I saw with other reviews I had some threads messed up. It looked more like damage from shipping. Was able to cut the tip off the stud with a cut off wheel and save the threads. Hasn’t been on but 24 hours but it’s working good.
