Bought this set for my partner and he hasn’t put it down in two days ♥️ he is a beginner but found all the pieces sharp and sturdy enough.

It feel like little fake to me but it still work good but not bad.

These are a great set for the beginner and professional carver, nice combination of carving tools for different designs or effects and chisels for more aggressive removal of materials. All tools come very sharp. Even though they were not that much money they are holding up very well, no breakage or chipped tips after a few months of use. Would recommend !!

The handles are nice and the steel looks decent but the sharpening job they come with is disgusting. Completely covered in burrs, rough and so dull they probably won't carve soap.

My husband got this and said it is a great set for a beginner! He said it has everything you need!

I bought these chisels 2 years ago in order to learn how to carve. Upon receiving these things, I was annoyed. They were dull, so dull that I now have a permeant reminder from one of the chisels glancing off bass wood. So, I took to the internet in order to learn how to sharpen them. I watched every Mary May episode on YouTube to learn. I have made a set up just like her. These chisels do not stay sharp, they rust in a weather-controlled room, and the products are put together poorly. They re-dull so fast that it is impossible to do anything with them. I am only writing a review now, 2 years later, because I have gone through every possible course of action. I highly recommend putting the money up front and buying proper tools and not cheap-o tools.

I haven't used them yet but I can say that they are very well made, sharp as blazes and feel very good in my hand. I'll say more after I chunk up some wood.
