A little bulky by design, but a very sturdy case. I feel confident if I dropped my phone it will not be damaged!

Extremely high quality product, bought as a gift and it makes the phone feel safer in your hands and can certainly withstand the drops.

Feels solid, but it is really thick and bulky

This is a dud product. The card cover is very fragile and has broken after c 1 month very minimal use. I am bound to loose cards if I don’t replace.

Extremely Disappointed. Being UAG, I expected great quality, a solid feel.It feels fragile, extreamly thick (like I’m holding two iPhones back to back)The card case feels like it’s about to break anytime.

I drop my phone a lot. I just bought an XS Max and it was crazy expensive. I decided to be smart and get a really good case that would also hold my credit cards. This case is PERFECT. I have had at least 4 other CC cases and either they don't hold enough or they stretch out. This case easily holds 4 CC or 3 CC and my driver's license. I have crammed a $20 bill in there from time to time but it seems like that pushes the limit. It opens and closes well and feels very secure. It has never opened accidentally and I can tell it won't. The case is a little spendy and well, black is a boring color for a case, but it performs well. I have dropped my phone several times and had that moment of "oh crap".....each time my phone is fine and the case doesn't appear to have been damaged in any way. I would buy it again but would ask the manufacturer to make it in pink or purple. :)

Mittlerweile ist es mir auch schon zweimal beim Treppensteigen bis unten gefallen, nicht ist dran!Letzten ist es mir beim Training im Studio auf eine Kante vom Trainingsgerät gefallen, bis auf einem Riss in der Panzerfolie nix dran! Dank des höheren Kantenschutzes!!Es ist definitiv die beste Hülle die man für Geld bekommen kann!!!

New Review May 10, 2019The UAG 'durable' iPhone Case just broke. The door on back of phone a piece just fell off in my hand. I'm going to have to hopefully glue it so I can still use the card case portion of the phone. It's less than 6 months old. What is even more disturbing is the Amazon 'return window' ended Jan 31, 2019. Just barely 2 months. This is a $45 case from United Armor Guard. Yes it protects the phone, but I could have lost a check credit card had this happened in a store. Thank goodness it happened while sitting in our car and was able to catch the pin on the one side that attaches the card cover to the case. I have been extremely happy with Amazon purchases but right now not real happy with Amazon. Can only puts 2 cards in case. Back is very hard to open.Sent Amazon info and spoke to over 3 reps at Amazon. Last one sent. Me to a link to send toAmazon to get a return label along with a replacement. Said I would receive an email from Amazon on status of my replacement. This was over a week ago. No word from Amazon as of today, May 17, 2019. Can’t even find anything on Amazon referring to my inquiry to her than this review.Like that it is easy to hold; very durable.What I don't like is the way the picture shows the 4 case card holder is a deceiving. Would have been better had it show that the 'credit holder' was a little snap style pull open door. This isn't the easiest door to open. It also says it holds 'cash'. If you carefully put in 4 cards and maybe a $5, or $10, or $20 dollar bill (one bill only folder in half) it does work and snaps shut but a real bear to open.The other thing I discovered when I went to put it on my wireless charger I purchased and was using with a plain non-card holder, it charged fantastically. Horray for the wireless charging capability.However, when I layed the Xs MAX on the wireless charger with this UAG card holder on it, it wouldn't charge. the only way it would charge is if the case card holder cover was opened, take the cards out of it, keep the holder door open, and lay it against the wireless charger that way so it was up against the back of the card holder. That was thin enough to make ot work with the wireless charger. So now using the phone lightning cord charger that does come with the case. So now I have an approximate $45 wireless charger bought at Verizon that is a Samsung charger told it was the best one sitting pluggedd in doing nothing unless I want to pull the cards out of the case and use it that way remembering to put the cards back in hoping my cats don't jump up and knock them down. ha ha ha
