🧀 Elevate Every Bite with Authentic Parmesan Perfection!
Parmesan cheese is inspired by the Italian classic Parmigiano-Reggiano, but this version is made in the United States from pasteurized cow milk. Rio Briati Parmesan is hand selected and aged for a hard, granular texture studded with small, crunchy crystals (those little clusters are actually protein, not salt and they develop in well-aged cheeses starting at 9 months of age). Rio Briati Parmesan's flavor is both sweet and salty, with lingering notes of toasted nuts. It's delicious enough to eat by itself, or smeared with sweet fig jam, but typically Parmesan is grated over a wide variety of dishes. Don't just stop at pasta! Parmesan can be grated or shaved over salad or roasted or steamed vegetables. Grated into soups Parmesan adds a deep, rich flavor and it can even be toasted in a non-stick pan to make homemade cheese crisps. Rio Briati Parmesan is made with vegetarian rennet and is always gluten-free.

The best I’ve tried!!
I have tried multiple blocks of Parmesan on Amazon and this is the best I’ve tried that is good value for money!!No chalky/floury texture that some of the others have. Not too much wastage as rind is only really on the end. Taste is lovely and it melts nicely into hot pasta.

Flavor too mild
It works well, nice and soft when grated. just not strong in flavor like what I am used to in fresh parmesan.Nothing is worth the price we are paying these days

Just too good! Buy more than one!
This is, by far, the best tasting parmesan I've ever had. It's got a great, creamy nutty flavor and it's not too salty! Everyone with whom I've shared this loves it. On my second order, I ended up buying five!
