Love this pillow! I used to wake up and toss and turn all night, until I went on a business trip and stayed at a Marriott Marquis hotel. I was amazed at how much better I slept and how much more rested I felt in the morning. This is that same pillow. I love also that it is made out of recycled plastic bottles. I do not buy pillows online unless I am at the store and am able to touch it and know if its right for me. Unfortunately, I jumped the gun with this one and didn't read the reviews prior to purchasing, when I ALWAYS read the reviews for anything I buy. Unfortunately, because I loved the pillow at the Marriott I stood at and it was very comfortable and just right. Upon purchasing this pillow it is far from the pillow at the Marriott hotel. Supposedly they are the same and they are not. The pillow became very lumpy within the first two weeks of having it. Every time I make my bed and position my pillows, I find myself pounding on it to get it back to its normal looking shape and even with that it still looks lumpy. I'm disappointed that I've paid for something that I became lumpy and lost its shape as fast as it did. Comfort wise is just ok.

This pillow is a good product. It is full, medium-firm, and looks to be well made. The packaging was good and the order was delivered on time. BUT it is NOT what I expected. We recently stayed in a Marriott hotel and the pillows were like clouds. Soft and squishy. Just lovely. Those qualities are what I have been looking for in a pillow. I have purchased from several retailers and can't find anything like what I described. Thought this one would be 'it'. Quite disappointed...

This is my favorite pillow. I do replace it every 9-12 months as the filling gets a bit lumpy over time, but it’s super comfy, has a cooling effect, and works nicely for someone who is a stomach sleeper

I purchased this on the promise it would be the same sort of down alternative pillow that I've used at Marriott Hotels; but it is nothing of the kind. It does not allow one's head to sink into the pillow, in the way that down alternative pillows are supposed to; and because of that, one wakes up with a crick in one's neck. When I first opened the package, I notice that there was a stiffness and solidity to the filling that didn't feel the same as the pillows that I liked at Hotels where I've stayed. I should have sent the thing back immediately. It has the same consistency of the cheap pillows I can buy at Walmart for a fraction of the price. If you want, however, a pillow that maintains its shape relentlessly, no matter what that means for one's neck (in this case, being bent in such a way that your chin is forced towards your chest, or your ear is forced closer to your shoulder, if you're a side sleeper), this is the pillow for you. It will never, never cave in or flatten; but neither will it support your neck, and it will make your scalp feel like you've been lying on pile of carpeting or perhaps a perhaps a piece of very firm foam rubber. Great for the picture perfect photo shot of a made bed; but not so great for comfort or a restful sleep (particularly if you wish to avoid an aching neck).

I did expect something a bit more luxurious from a Marriott pillow because I was comparing it with the Hilton pillows I currently have. I don't know about this one though. It is very puffy but when I lie on it, my head sinks in all the way through. So I don't actually get much neck or head support that I was hoping to get. The synthetic stuffing lacks any structure and support. When I use the pillow as a back support when sitting up on my bed to read, I have to put an extra pillow to get any support or I will sink right through the pillow and be against the headboard. ***This is a soft pillow and will not work if you are looking for even medium-soft neck/head support. I offered the pillow to my teen and he squeezed it once and said no thanks! This is not a pillow I would drop nearly $40 for. Totally not worth the money and I am surprised Marriott puts their label on it. A pillow of this quality is $4 to $6 in any local store. The one star is for fast shipping. It arrived in 2 days, much earlier than scheduled.

This is the best pillow I have ever purchased. It is perfect. I plan on replacing every other pillow in my house with this - a few at a time because it is a bit pricey. But worth every penney!

A mi la verdad no me gustó, por el precio esperaba una almohada de mejor calidad y no se parece en nada a la calidad de las almohadas en los hoteles. Yo no la volvería a comprar

昨年名古屋のホテルで使用した時あまりにも寝心地良かったなで、少々お高めでしたがAmazonで見つけて購入しました。最高です、多分一生物だた思います。只、商品説明が英語表記な為クリーニング方法とかわからず困っています。

私が泊まったマリオットの枕とはまったく別物でした。とてもガッカリです。星はひとつもつけたくない。
