Not long enough to extend the width of a full keyboard
Soft and comfortable, but it's irritating that it's too short to extend the width of a full keyboard. This keyboard wrist rest is 16.5", not the 19" that I saw in an answer and which influenced my purchase. In terms of height, this is probably the right height for a regular keyboard, but for my use (with a tented ergonomic keyboard) I could have used a little more filling, since it squashes down where my wrists rest on it.Overall, a nice quality wrist rest EXCEPT that it's just not long enough.

Soft, good support
Great soft feel, yet good support. Some people have stated that it is too high/tall, I don't see that and actually would prefer a bit more height. It doesn't have anything to grip (hold it in place) on the back but I haven't had any problem with it staying in place. I may eventually put a couple of lines of "Shoe Goo" or silicone or hot glue on the back of it, I don't think it will take much. It has alleviated the pressure points my gel wrist support was causing.

Done with Gel's
I've been using Gel pads for years and i'm getting tired of the recurring issues of goo leaking out after time has past. (will see if having tiny beads leak out vs goo is a better of two evils)I love how the nature of this device allows you to form the wrist pad to your keyboard however i would like to see this more "firmer" for my taste. My wife already had me buy her one after she tested it out and at my work i replaced my gel pads with this beaded pad.If i could make any changes to this product;1. create a system to allow users to change the firmness (small zipper, or other latching system)2. perhaps make one side a little rubbery or have something that would create "grip" onto the table surface. I find that sometimes my pressure causes the wrist pad to move.

Excellent Mouse or Keyboard Wrist-Rest
I bought this item, not looking for a keyboard-rest, but a wrist-rest for my mouse. I am very pleased with how it feels on my wrist. It can be flipped over, from one side to the other for a different feel...yes it was built that way. It has a more 'plush' feel on one side, but slight firmer on the other. Frankly, both sides are fairly plush and I am satisfied with the feel of both.Note that while this item definitely can be considered 'ergonomic', it is not pre-shaped to fit exactly on an ergonomic keyboard - imagine it is a long black/gray soft tube sock, filled with squishy beaded material. It can be shaped (but not in any rigid fashion) to more-or-less match the contours of the keyboard, desk, or other object you place it on.PROS-Comfortable-Shape-able-Two sides with differing firmness-Construction appears to be standard quality (not cheap)Note:-Being nit-picky here, but after resting my wrist in one place for more than 10-15 minutes, the beads contour around my wrist. Sometimes I enjoy the 'mould' but when I don't, it is as easy as 'fluffing' it so it regains its original shape.

Works great - also functions as a "should be working but im actually closing my eyes for a sec in my cube" impromptu pillow
This is even better than the mouse cushion I just bought. I like how there are two options (you can flip it over for firmer resistance), and it still folds easy for you to take it to/fro office.I can't see any cons with this product yet! Comfortable on the wrists, no sweaty areas, can also be an impromptu pillow.
