This is the CORRECT carb replacement for the Kohler XT-6/ 6021P/ Husqvarna/ Craftsman 917.384513 Mower with the automatic choke pull off system. ( manufactured 2011 ) It can be very difficult to find the correct carb, but this one is right, and is not as expensive as the OEM replacement. The linkages are correct. I'm new to small engines, never have tried to even get close to repair something this complex.Bought this used Toro for a decent price, but it wouldn't remain on for more than a minute, tried to clean my original Kohler carburetor, but the middle jet stripped and wouldn't come off. Decided to purchase a new carburetor, the OEM was just too pricey and didn't want to put more money not knowing if it would work properly.Easy to install, it turned on with the first pull and used it already for over one hour without any issues, this Toro model is a champ and the carburetor is just like OEM, works perfectly as expected.

Just finished my 2nd mow after installing this carburetor, and it’s like I have a brand new mower. Installed on 10 year old Kohler Courage XT-7. Been leaking gas for at least the last 5 years, and finally got so gunked-up it wouldn’t run. Rather than try to rebuild/clean the carb, this product offered a very cost-effective solution. Installation was easy enough, although if you have the engine with the auto-choke, take note that you’ll need to move the old unit over to the new carb. If you’ve never done it before, would recommend watching a “how-to” on YouTube. But rest assured you can do it. It was my first time replacing a carb and it runs like brand new. Got me back to mowing under $20. Can’t beat that!
