Purchased 3 of these for our aging laptops - No problems
I have purchased quite a few from this reseller. Out of all the batteries, I only had an issue with 1 of them, and Dentsing was very quick to work with me to get it replaced. The other ones have been working without issue. My only suggestion is that you hang onto the battery cable, as these don't come with them, outside of that, they fit nice, they work great, and do the same job that an OEM would do.

Battery defective from the begining
I followed all the charging instructions by the book, and after three charging cycles the battery would not charge anymore, checked charger, charging port, battery cable, everything, battery is simply dead, and provider does not have a replacement policy, as if It’s products are 100% infalible… well they aren’t and I lost my time and money

6 Months and dead... but promptly replaced
We ordered 2 of these on 2019-June-15 & 17The batteries fir perfectly into the dell chassis and appear to be build well. After 6 months, one of these batteries is still working well. The second battery is showing a full charge but dies as soon as a load is placed on it. Hopefully we can get a replacement ASAP... Your move Dentsing. :-)UPDATE: Dentsing promptly contacted us and after a couple of quick emails, we had a new battery shipped to us and it is performing well. Nearly all products out there have a small percentage of failures and this seller / manufacturer stood by there product. Thank You So Much!

An inexpensive alternative to buying direct from Dell.
EDIT:Densting contacted and shipped us out a replacement that's working properly. We aren't experiencing any weird powershifts like the previous battery. If anyone's worried about getting this, they're support is very responsive.OLD:I replaced a battery in a e5570. The user was present for a sales meeting then went back across the country. Now he's complaining that the battery goes from 100% - 5% in 1.5hrs of light use. I remoted it and saw it first hand. The computer goes to sleep the second the battery hits 3% (which is normal). 20 minutes logged in and the system went from 93% to disconnect (due to auto-sleep) while doing an ms office online repair. The user additionally stated that the computer was getting unnecessarily hot on the bottom. Looking at the services running and load on the cpu (sticking close to standard clocks (not turbo'd) there's little to no reason for it to be drawing such a load. I did powercfg reports and there's nothing even remotely pulling much of anything accept for office online repair which is essentially a hard drive scan (as I understand it) for files on it.Later on I reconnected. I saw the battery charge from 3% to 60% in 15 minutes. I'd hope with all the good reviews, that this is just defective, like 1 or 2 cells are bad. Would it be safe to assume that this battery is actually a refurb? It looks like a dell battery asside from the blue cells and sticker over the dell logo with their logo.

Worked great at first, but went downhill after 3 months
My old battery somehow expanded inside my Dell laptop, and cracked open the side of the case. It was easy to replace the battery, and it worked great. However, after using it for 3 months, the battery life went downhill. I used the computer for work, so basically using it for excel, word and Adobe, nothing crazy. The battery would show 20% left and drop down to almost nothing within 5 minutes. The computer shut of due to low battery a few times on me, just because I didn't get to plug it in on time. Now I just have to keep it charging or get the charger once it reach below 20%.

Right item for the Dell E5570
Needed the smaller 62wh battery in order to use 2.5" SSD. With the right longer battery cable, installation was a snap. Battery power not too far different than the huge 84wh battery.
