I found this B Complex to be high quality and very effective. Very easy on the stomach as I take it daily (half capsule) in addition to a multivitamin. Bring clarity of mind and flow in thoughts. Also very good for memory. I have used various brands in the past but since I have used this one, it has become a staple in my supplement regimen. I have also recommended this to friends and family. Solaray... please keep the quality intact, the way it is now, and I will be your customer indefinitely.

The product arrived on time, in good condition. I got this brand because it was what my Dr gives. I tried another brand before, and he said it must not work because my homocysteine rose in his bloodtest. One note: B-vitamins tend to spoil easily. I keep them in the freezer as soon as I receive them. I have had them spoil before - the tablets turn dark, and smell bad.

I received the Vitamins when promised and in good condition.

I have been taking this for over 40 years. Good Quilty. My Dr. recommend this brand to me and have been taking it every day ever since.

needed to take 50mg of B6 as prescribed with another medication I am taking. What I did not expect was improvements in energy level and focus, as well as decreases in muscle spasms and restless legs. I am not sure if all of these can be attributed to the B50 complex, but I am sold. I can really tell a difference in sleepiness level when I don't take it. This brand comes in an easily swallowed capsule and does not cause burping/digestive upset like some brands (and my stomach is sensitive lately). Plus I get the telltale signs of excess riboflavin that let me know the dosage is good.

I’m always sceptical when changing vitamins. I previously used a becomplex blend and needed to replenish so I decided to try an Amazon recommendation. I loved this so much I even got a subscription. So far so good. The first few days I felt like I kept burping the taste but after a 3 days that went away.
