CNBTR Tapered Bevel Pinion Gear 12mm Hole Diameter 45# Steel 1.5 Module 16 Teeth Pack of 2

I'm using a few pairs of these gears on a CNC plasma table build. They are absolutely excellent given the price. However, the inside bore can be a little rough, especially where the set screws poke in amd there's a little burr from the last thread. Every one I've bought I've had to clean up that burr with a file, but takes about 2 minutes and you're good to go.Additionally, I've decided to replace the set screws with socket head cap screws so I can use a larger allen wrench to avoid stripping the allen head. So far I've had no problems damaging the threads in the gears themselves, even when really cranking on the SHCS.Overall: great value, I've bought 6 or 8 of them so far.

Main problem, this product will NOT work on a Porter Cable Table Saw. Porter Cable 9.54mm hole diameter and this product is 12mm. So, if you haven't already made a bad decision like me, do not buy this product if you have a Porter Cable table saw. I recommend buying the OEM gears. It will cost more but they will warrant it will work. Side issue, my gears arrived already rusty, in two days. I have no idea where they were kept or how long ago they were produced.

I ordered 3 pairs of these, I was glad I ordered extra! 1 pair came with the wrong size set screw which makes them useless. I recommend ordering extra, as you can't return them and if you get 1 pair with wrong set screws you are SOL! otherwise work as described.

These gears do not fit. They are well made but do not fit the shaft size or length of the original plastic gears that have a single through bolt.

The gears were to small for my project and I returned them to you.

Looks like a quality product that will do the job for a long time.

Arrived on time and work just fine for my application.
