My initial reaction is that it is hard to believe you get this kind of quality in a crimping tool for the price paid. Fit and finish are great. The tool produces a solid crimp and works flawlessly so far. I have made less than 50 crimps so far, so I can't speak to longevity. I will update this review if this changes. Very satisfied at this time.

Bought a used compressor and wired in a new pressure switch and line cord. Used the blue insulated 2connectors for 14g wire and used this crimping tool. Worked like a champ! A solid, heavy duty crimper and a lot cheaper than what they sell for in the Big Box stores!!10

This crimping die works very well in my ratcheting Snap On/ Blue Point crimping set I bought about 30 years ago.

So I first purchased a Titan 11950 7pc crimper set. I have used it quite a bit and really really like it. I had also purchased a couple of extra dies and needed some other that were not specifically offered by/for the Titan. That is how I found the Wirefy product line. I bought 7 additional Wirefy dies and the 9” crimper handle. I was initially concerned if the dies would interchange with the Titan crimper. They seem to interchange without issue. I have not performed many crimps with them, yet it seems so far to be a good addition. I bought the crimper handle to add an additional to my tool box and to have the heavier duty option. It feels good in the hand and operates smoothly. It would be an excellent addition to any tool kit. With all of my new found dies and the additional frame I had outgrown my original blow molded case. I upgraded to a Plano 3500 series box. Plano model number 2375002. It is a clear plastic box most often associated with fishing tackle. The one I chose has a wide section at the bottom that accommodates the crimper frames (both fit and the lid closes) as well as all of the dies I now have. There is not a space for each individual die set but it is very manageable. I mention this because there was some question as to if the case that Wirefy offers would accommodate the larger frame. Lastly I included a photo of the Titan frame, the 9” Wirefy frame and my older Paladin 1300 crimper. I read in another review that the 9” was the same as the Paladin with the exception of the quick change feature. My particular model is not as such and is a closer match to the Titan frame. The grips are quite a bit beefier and seem far more comfortable than the Paladin tool. Final thoughts are, if have you have Titan product here is a good source for additional dies. If you want to get a frame and single set of dies, this is a very good option and if you want the heavier larger frame, I wouldn’t hesitate.

I was skeptical, even with the good reviews, but if you're looking for a sturdy, easy-to-use crimper set, this is a good choice. I wasn't sure about the magnetic system for holding the crimp dies, as I'm used to using ones that have screws to hold them, but these work well. You open the jaws, pop one set out, and pop another set in. It's that simple. I've used this set a few times now, and the dies stay put. It's nice not having to have a #1 or #0 Phillips screwdriver on hand or worrying about the inevitable search for a dropped screw. The kit covers every termination I'll ever need and then some. Out of the box, the crimps are secure and not over-crimped so the insulation is still intact, but it still allows you the ability to adjust the crimp pressure if needed. The included insert that shows what dies to use for which terminals is a nice addition and very helpful as all of the dies are marked ie "A1" A2" etc. and the pictures show the dies by that number. This makes finding and using the appropriate die a snap. So far, I'm very happy that I made the purchase.

this thing is solid and works exactly as it should. very happy i bought it. has come in handy for simplifying adding connections for me. wish i had bought one years ago. perfect crimp every time. good price for the ease of use.

I tried them all! This kit has everything you need. The wire strippers are as good as if not better than Klein. I had to re-pin 2 connectors on my new truck (mx120 and mcon) since a rat decided to chew on them. The dealer wanted $280 labor rate and was going to install a universal connector which had 18 gauge white wires. Ridiculous!! I bought the proper 20 gauge striped wire(not from Amazon) the terminals and seals from Mouser in Texas and this kit. Now I have everything thing I need for the next time for hundreds less than the dealer and a better quality repair. The crimper had the perfect die to crimp the terminal and rubber seal at the same time. My finished product looked as good as OEM. I don’t leave many reviews, but I had to share. The white wires were the dealers option

Very happy with this tool, sturdy crimps! Use it for work as an electrician and since I don’t use it daily I didn’t feel the need to invest into a Knipex.
