Tangy Sweet and Sour Sauce
It is a brilliant substitute for Sweet and Sour when you want something a little more Tangy.Only draw back in my opinion is the price.Shop around because you can easily get your Pants Pulled Down 🫣

Peking duck sauce
Of all the sauces of Chinese origin, this is by far my favourite, I add a tea spoon amount to pot noodles it just boosts the flavour, it is so versatile and as I said flavoursome that you do not need much added to any dish to give it a great taste.
