PROS- Appealing stainless steel finish- Capacity is more than adequate- Glass cover is durable- Can be used to store non-gravy sabzi/ medium gravy dishes.- Retains food smell, as in there is no plastic smell intrusionCONS- This is not insulating- Glass lid is not lockable- Retains heat like any normal plastic casserole.- Slightly priceyBuy for the capacity, aroma retention and looks. Not for insulation.

The rotisserie kept inside doesn’t become soggy, which is good. It is light weight and easy to clean.

I was looking for a solution for soggy chapati in casserole.tried a lot of other products like normal casserole and wooden container cane basket etc but couldn't get the solution .chapatis were getting soggy.so I saw this product which is specifically designed to contain chapati from borosil.Was also looking for a plastic free solution. So i thought if trying it out.As it turns out its provides the desired results.The evaporated water does not drip over the chapati so they do not get soggy.There is visibility and the chapati remain warm.The product is plastic free so its healthy.So i guess its value for money.May be if we could have other sizes as well.To suit requirements of a single person or larger masses too.

The media could not be loaded. I am writing this review after using the product for one complete month. Overall quality of the product is good but the glass lid is not durable. It broke at own exactly after one month. It was kept ideal then suddenly a glass broking sound appeared and lid shattered completely. I am attaching a photo and a video which speak itself. I had purchased Borosil Stainless Steel Insulated Roti Server, 2.5 L, Silver after thorough research but was not expected this happening from such a reputed brand like Borosil. Borosil has broke my trust by giving such inferior quality product. Every one should think of it twice before buying.
