Great combination
I always struggled to find the right magnesium I found with my system magnesium dioxide works best but since I bought this it's actually much better It has all three.

Simple to Get Your Daily Dose of Magnesium
This is simple in that you only need one a day. The only downside is the size, it's hard to swallow these without a drink and if you don't swallow it properly, be prepared for a lumpy feeling in your throat for several minutes afterwards. Would definitely buy again.
