I love how the capsule masks the taste of the oil. You can smell it but you don’t taste it. The pill is small and easy to swallow. I use it for several different health benefits including immune support but my favorite it natures antibiotic. Great quality as always with this brand

This is my first time trying this product. I am in my first week, and it seems to be working so far. Inflamationn has gone down in some areas and I am more energized.

It's rather shameful that I am just now finally writing a review for something that I have purchased over a dozen times through the years. Now foods is a very solid brand and I have had great luck with many of their supplements. This one in particular.It is an absolute staple in my medicine cabinet. I have taken this and given it to numerous others for everything from tooth infection to cold remedy. No one has reported any negatives while taking these. Seriously not much beats oil of oregano. I don't recommend taking more than two maximum at a time though a friend once misunderstood my instructions to take one a day for 5 days and took 5 at once. Aside from some indigestion she was fine, also she felt great the next day - kicked the very persistent head and chest cold she had been fighting right to the curb! Regardless, they are very potent, you don't need more than one at a time for most things. Read up on uses if you're unfamiliar. Truly nothing bad to say about these.
