Arrived in less than 24 hours, well packaged in a decent plastic case (which I'm using to keep small pieces of glass in!) with 3 different size cutting heads and a screwdriver. I changed the head for the smallest one, easy. Cuts well so far and it's easier for me to hold than the pencil cutter I've been using. I don't fill my cutters with oil (they always leak) I keep them in a glass jar with a rag/sponge and a little oil in the bottom, re-dip between cuts. I'd give this cutter 5 stars but I want to see how long it lasts!

Really impressed with how it makes a discernable scratch sound. Used multiple times and still working. The design really allows for good pressure to be applied.

If you want an oil slick all over your work area then this is the item for you !! Put 2 pipettes of oil in which promptly exited straight out of cutting blade. Didn't even get a chance to touch the glass but the spring system definable did not work.

I think it’s dishonest to sell a 2nd hand product as new!! There’s fingerprints all over the blade and the handle is scuffed from use .

Good for trimming glass to size. Use a pair of wide plyers to break off narrow strips.

Leaks, large head not the best for cutting glass, might do tile, the smaller head is better. I bought a few cutters trying to get one that did not leak sadly still looking
