I searched for a while to get a heated neck pad that wasn't a wheat based microwave oven type. This fit the bill.It is foam with a heating element at the rear and is covered in a really nice soft velour type material. The supplied USB cable has 3 heat settings which is great. It comes with a nylon carrier bag too. All good so far. However, it's advertised as a travel pillow. Well you can travel with pretty much anything these days provided you have the strength and carrying capacity. No issues with strength required for this as it's light, but it does not collapse (as inflatable ones do) and it is pre-formed, so no squashing into a small pocket. It's bulky, so provided you have the space, no problem, but I can't see me squashing it into hand luggage to take on a plane.From another practical point of view, it does not come with a battery pack. Now that's made clear in the description, so no issues with that, but at this price it definitely should! You can pick these things up on e-bay for a couple of pounds and that's retail, so there really isn't any excuse for it not having one.Lastly, the documentation that comes with this is ....interesting. It majors on technicalities and big words, such as "far-infra-red" and "deep physical therapy". Its almost written as if this is a medical device, as if in some way it needs to justify the price.What it is, plain and simple, is a comfortable foam neck support with a heating element that works very well indeed, but could be improved if it was supplied at the same price with a power bank.

I have suffered from neck pain and headaches for 15 years now, the last 2 years have been a hit and a miss with tablets to stop the headaches. I have tried a few different things to date and a friend sent me a link to this product. I ordered it and once I felt the pain and headache start I fired up the cushion and sat back and relaxed, after a while I noticed the headache didn't come to much or as bad as they have been, I thought it was chance.A couple days later I felt the pain again as it increased I put the cushion back on and relaxed, 20 mins later again pain is gone, neck is not stiff.I have waited to try a few times to be sure this is relieving the pain and so far I can say I'm very happy. I'm not suffering as long, I'm comfortable and relaxed while it does it's thing.I'd recommend this to anyone and give it ago.

Arrived today and was instantly impressed with the presentation of the product and the feel of it, so just had to try it out immediately. It was a good fit and felt comfortable to wear and it does support the neck well. I plugged into the USB socket in my car and it warmed up quickly and started to ease my neck pain, while not being obstructive to drive in. I instantly went for maximum heat which was easy to do using the switch on the USB cable, but I also did flick through the 3 settings provided. Although I have only used it for around an hour, the signs are that it will be just what I needed, and everything about it indicates it is a quality product, hence the 5 star rating.

Great for neck pain. Probably a little large for using as a travel pillow, but otherwise excellent. Some buyers suggest there is little heat from this pillow, but this is easily remedied by repositioning the heat pad in the back of the pillow. Well worth buying if you have neck pain.

Great product. You need your own power bank to use this unless you don’t mind being plugged in to the mains power. Bought this for a sore neck and it provided comfort and support. It’s quite big so if you are small it may not be as comfortable. Good quality and prompt delivery.

this product is great for someone who travels frequently, its just comfy enough to nap, and doesn't get too hot, perfect for when its cold out and it keeps the blood circulation good as well as your neck warm.

FAR TOO BULKY, PERHAPS O.K. FOR A LONG, SLIM NECK BUT CERTAINLY NOT FOR MY VERY ORDINARY ONE! ALSO NECESSITATES BUYING A POWER BANK OR ELSE SITTING VERY CLOSE TO A USB POINT TO HEAT IT, IT IS VERY DIFFICULT TO FASTEN AT THE FRONT, AND COMES UNDONE MUCH TOO EASILY ANYWAY, GENERALLY POOR DESIGN.

As a sufferer of osteoporosis I purchased this item as I will shortly be taking a long haul flight. I tried it out whilst suffering after a hard day at work and the pain went away almost instantly. This one is a real winner for me
