I love this, from my experience it does help my recovery. I found when I don’t take it I’m a little sorer and it helps regulate my energy better,throughout the day. From my own limited research I believe the doses of ingredients are in generous amounts and so an effective formular.

Previously used MyProtein creatine and in comparison this product is far more enjoyable, the two previous creatines I have tried specifically from that other brand seemed to clump easily and had a consistent bit of powder floating throughout the drink. With this product the flavour is really tasty and the mixture with the recovery supplements is great. Will be buying again, noticed strength improvements already.

I have tried many other brands, but this one out does them all. feel i get the most pump in my workouts using this and gives me great energy that i need to get through my intense hour and a half workout. You can not get results without replenishing your bodies needs. This is where this comes in big time! It makes you have an awesome recovery time! I take a scoop right when i get up to get me going on a good start and then put another scoop to a gallon of water when working out! this is a great technique to get gains! The Product I received is beyond its best before date of March 2025. We are in April 2025!!!.This product is too expensive for this kind of poor delivery.

I quite like it as I'm not as exhausted after workouts as I used to be. Additionally, recovery speed is impressive.

Good taste and nice ingredients. Doesn't desolve too nice in cold water so you need to use a shaker or add a little of warm water
