Works best for people who has small biceps , anything less than 18"
fits good, make sure to wear it OVER some material like t- shirt or smth... Wear it directly on biceps and it will hurt bad on skin. Rest, the product is perfect.

difficult to use
I used it for blood flow restriction weight training and was bit difficult to wrap on upper arms. quality is fine. for jsut simple straps, too expensive.

Different & Poor quality material.
Seller has sent shorter & material of inferior quality. Instead of 26 " they have sent 16" long straps with a joint at centre. I have requested for refund. Amazon should disqualify such sellers.
