Great Portable Guitar
This is a great little guitar! I can't believe how compact and lightweight it is. The action is great - allows for ripping out some solos or riffs. I use it as my main guitar as I can practice with a headphone amp without annoying my family too badly. I use it with the strap exclusively whether standing or sitting - just my preference. I find that to be the most comfortable and functional. The lack of a tone or volume knob is not that bothersome to me since I can adjust those with the headphone amp (see pictures). I am particularly fond of this headphone amp: https://a.co/d/igHVRvy It's a Vanphy portable headphone amp for $26.99. It has a lot of great features for that price but it is especially funtional with this Traveler guitar because it uses a 1/4" inch cable instead of an integrated plug design. This guitar has it's cable jack in the back (see pictures). So, a headphone amp with an integrated plug design makes it so you can't easily access the controls when it's plugged in and it's uncomfortable as the headphone amp can dig into your stomach a little while playing. I have also written a review for this amp titled "Great Companion For The Traveler Guitar". I highly recommend this guitar and headphone amp combo!

Fantastic Little Guitar!
I can't say enough how much I love this little electric traveler's guitar! I bought and used it at a time when traveling when it was required to have the minimum amount of luggage, and it exactly suit my needs. I've taken it to the beach often (probably a bad idea because of the salt, but it shows no sign of extra wear), around with me on all-day adventures and it's survived quite a bit of rough, merciless travel and trekking. In it's case, it is very lightweight and easy to carry on your back, even underneath a backpack it feels natural and comfortable and because of its size is easy to control and doesn't whack into things. As far and quality and playability... I had no amp, so playing as if it were acoustic without being plugged in is still possible! It is quiet since there is nowhere for the sound to reverberate, but it has great sound that is beautiful, although I'm sure not as nice a huge-buck acoustic. It is nice just playing for yourself (would be too quiet without being plugged in to play for an audience larger than two or three up close to you), especially if you don't want to disturb others nearby by playing guitar. As far as durability, this thing is great! As said it's been brought around and handled somewhat roughly quite a bit, and I have all the confidence that this guitar will hold up for many, many years of use, if not my whole life, which I expect it will. The color doesn't chip away and all the materials are very solid and sure. The size is fantastic as mentioned, and it is easy to play, the neck is the same as a regular guitar in my opinion. The string knobs are at the bottom which is unusual but I love it actually. There are knobs that allow for a guitar strap, although I don't usually use one because it is very easy to hold up and grip on its own. The visual appearance of this guitar is fun and beautiful! I have a black walnut color on mine, and I couldn't ask for better to suit my preferences. On a fun note, I got a lot of comments from people asking what it was. In its case, some people asked if it was a rifle, a machete, and even a pool cue... interesting. That's just how this looks; interesting! I like being incognito, and sometimes that works because of the size, despite its strange appearance I definitely recommend this guitar to people looking for the same thing as me and who like quality and precision, especially to people often traveling or don't have the space, this guitar is perfect. This is one of the most favorite things I have ever bought for myself, and I would buy it again if something ever happened to it. I plan on always having this and might even use it as my primary guitar. There are absolutely no flaws; I love this guitar and it was worth every penny!

Highly Portable If a Bit Uncomfortable
I bought this because I fly a lot for work, but wanted to practice while away. It has more than met all expectations. It's lightweight and easy to travel with (I was comfortably practicing in the airport terminal). It fit right into the overhead bin on a Southwest flight. It sounds okay while disconnected from an amp and better while connected. For travel, I bought the Vox AC30 headphone amp, and I very much like the combo to practice without bothering other people. The lap rest works well for me, but the guitar still has a bit of a balance issue. I recommend getting a strap, that helped for me. Also, the boxy side digs into my arm a bit. I'm sure it'll take some adjustment without having a proper arm rest like I'd expect from a "normal" guitar, so I don't expect it to replace my main practice guitar. The comfort is the only reason I'm dropping this to a 4 star. This guitar definitely works well for what it's meant to, and I highly recommend it to anyone that flies often and wants to practice on the go.

Great travel guitar, fits in overhead bins and light weight
What an amazing guitar!!! This little beast is perfect for travel and is light weight, fits in airline overhead bins and is ready for play at a moments notice. I bought for the purpose of travel so I can practice in hotels. Easy to transport and what really impressed me is how well it stays in tune! I love the dynamics of the humbucker pickup and having the full size neck is wonderful. When first purchased I was unsure of the playability due to it's size but with the provided lap/knee support this gem sits perfectly and does not dip or slide. It is a little difficult to tune on the 1st string due to the location of the tuning peg if you have meathooks like I do but since the tuning is so stable it really is not a big issue. I showed this to several friend who play and all have purchase since then. A great travel companion at a reasonable price, and already considering buying the piezo electric as well.

I can't believe how amazing this guitar is. Half of my life is spent away from home working. My plan is to bring this to work with me and leave it up there. I may have to fly it back and forth each time. That or get another one. I never want to leave home again without it. Got the little headphone amp for it and it just sounds and plays amazing. I have some guitars worth 5 times more than it and I'm telling you it doesn't feel like much of a compromise. And the fact that it is tiny but so playable just makes it that much cooler.

I bought this for no real reason other than I thought it looked pretty cool. That said, I travel a lot, so why not buy one? definitely worth it! Only a few trade offs worth considering: there's no volume or tone control locally, so you're completely dependent on your amp in modifying. I've yet to fly with it so my four stars are based purely on what I know to be beneficial: it's feather-light, very compact and will definitely fit in overhead compartment on flights (if your airline lets you take on ofc). If you place it in hold, it will fit in most suitcases and you can pad the thing with towels etc pretty easily. I genuinely expected it to be fairly awkward to handle, given that it doesn't have any real body to rest your forearm on, though i've not found it to be an issue at all. There will always be more powerful guitars at around the same price, but it more than meets expectations for its intended purpose -something easy to carry around.

I had bought the Jammy for travelling and it was virtually useless. I found this one and it is perfect. So compact. Fits under the seat and the overhead of a plane no problem. The travel case is good except it looks like a rifle which scares me when walking through European airports where the army patrols with machine guns! The tuning pegs are a bit awkward but it works. Action is good and the guitar is quite playable. I totally recommend it for putting in practice on the road. Can't wait for the pandemic to end.

es lo que buscaba, una guitarra de escala completa lo mas pequeña posible para llevar en avion, a la oficina. conectada a amplificador suena muuuy bien. perfecta para practicar en cualquier lugar.

The action of the guitar is amazing and it's compactness makes it ideal for the traveling musician. The only design flaw, which is more aesthetic is the flimsy look of the tie-on for the strap- surely there's a better approach. This means I will play it sitting down and strapless as standing up with a strap feels risky. Despite that it's an amazing instrument.
