I have cervical problem and have been using the tape for neck and elbow. It has certainly helped me to to get relief from the pain since I do alot of travelling and it provides good support. I bought it from the seller JNB sports and delivery was quick.

If used according to instructions included in the package, provides excellent support and allows for good muscle movement by lifting the skin.The tape comes in a nicw little container to protect it while in a gym or hand bag. The strips have reflective colouring. Adhesion is reasonable when wet and moist conditions are encountered.

Tapes don't stick too well for some reason least the one i had bought

This product is nice; my wife suffered from a ligament avulsion and had to undergo surgery. Post-surgery she was feeling her knee was weak. We have been using this for last few days; she does feel the difference in the knee support. Not sure, of any other benefit. Quality of the product is good; I wish this cost less. Cannot afford to use this regularly.

good adhesive quality..lasted for 4 days... used for lateral knee pain, pain was less and provided support to the part.

I bought this tape to use as boob tape to hold up my boobs and it worked great for the wedding I was at. It loses its stick each time you try to reapply or if part of the tape gets stuck to itself, but that’s how most tape works. I’d say it gives you about 1-2 reattempts to apply then it loses its adhesion. I have to believe that people who are saying that there’s no adhesion applied this wrong and kept trying to use a dead piece of tape. Just clean the area and peel off the backing as you’re applying and you’ll be good to go for hours.

I use this tape every time I play pickleball. It holds my patella tendon in place and reduces pain and allows me to play for 2 hours. I also use it when on a 3-4 hour bike ride to help with the knee pain. The PRO version will last 2 days of use, and it adheres well through showers. I cut the 10" strips in half to use a 5" strips on each knee which fits perfect. Good for "runners knee" problems on the patella tendon.

Finalmente, unas cintas que se pegan bien a pesar del sudor. Son fuertes así que tiran bien del músculo o tendón, a diferencia de otras en las que difícilmente si puedes notar alguna diferencia. Las volvería a comprar pero de momento no me hacen falta.
